The app is not intuitive at all. When paying a bill, the scanning feature does not work. Not possible to read or write messages to the support team via the app. One needs to log in into the website. Seriously guys, get your act together!

Beautiful app. But your latest update is not the best. People have been using the older interface for sometime then all of a sudden it was changed. Not sure if there was a questionnaire sent to your users. A new learning curve. In software development or app dev interface people are used to should be preserved or offer the option of going back to the old interface. Cheers

Slow and useless. This app is so much slower to use than the old one. With the old app I could log in, transfer money to my card and paid in the store in less than 15 seconds. Now it takes 15 seconds, just to log in. Now the whole thing takes up to a minute. Also, often it doesn't show the correct amount in the account. Especially if you had another purchase within an hour or so, then the amount shown is guaranteed wrong. App completely useless.

The new app is nice, although a bit slow but it is missing some features I used a lot in the old app. I seems that I can't categorize my payments with the new app and I have to change the automatic categorization on the website or using the old app (which is what I do now). It is also extremely annoying that there is no warning for eFakturas. Other banks' apps send a notification when there is a new eFaktura but Danske Bank's is not even able to display a warning that there are eFakturas to pay.

The old app was great, and worked flawlessly. I downloaded the bew one late August. Not intuitive at all. It kept bugging me for update, so i tried to download it. Still haven't been able to download or install this. Very strange. Hope it all gets sorted fast, as this is an unacceptable release.. (huawei p10 lite user) Update: works much better now. Huge loss of features compared to the previous app. Can't change the date on the income/expense view for example. Too much is different and the interface is troublesome at best. This implementation is unprofessional for a bank like Danske, and the excuse of new EU regulations is suspicious. What contained in the previous app for you to completely scrap it and make a new one?

I am very happy with the app overall. There are a few features available in the web-app that'd be nice to have in the mobile app too, but the app already has all functionalities I use on daily basis. P.S. The issue with missing e-faktura notification disappeared after enabling push notifications within the application.

A lot of functionality that should be in this type off app is missing. As most people access the bank through the app, it should be of higher priority than it currently is. Several competitors have apps that are clearly superior in functionality and design. Really needs an overhaul.

Opened 3 times, crashed (white screen) 3 times. Propose you withdraw this app till it is fully functioning. Kindly keep the 'old' (ie working) app available after 10 Sept, will otherwise need to use other cards/banks due to inability to pay bills. Don't want the bailiffs on the door for reasons of a Danish bank's failure.

13 Feb 2020: The button for deleting an e-faktura leads you to the approval page. In transactions, a clear distinction in expenses and incomes could be a nice feature. There is a soft green color for the incomes but the expenses are dark blue. Maybe a soft red color for the expenses could be considered.

Revolut is much better, just demanding fingerprint instead of bankID. But app is much better than Nordea and DNB ! I do like Nordea Koder, as it replaces BankID kodebrikke.
