With every change it gets worse. Now there is a confirmation message which I have to wait before it disappears when changing the account for the ebill and the ebill itself. If I don't wait then changes I do afterwards will not come into effect! Luckily for me, I only use this app once per month! Please, can I set to 0 star??

So slow. You wait like forever to enter you credentials. Verification for login also very slow. Functions and design not thought through. Very disappointed compared with the old app - which was very fast, very usable. This app looks and feels like its a homepage and not an app. I only use it if I really need to - as its way faster and more convenient to use the banks web-access on a computer. You had a very good app - and you had to destroy it. Looking for another bank which has something better to offer.

Annoying bugs that shouldn't exist in a banking app. For example saying an ocr number is invalid when it isn't (you can just try again with the same number and it works), or an error message saying "the transfer can't be made today" when you've selected "as soon as possible". It won't let you transfer amounts over a certain value, etc.

With the concept of an outbox gone, you get to enter your bank ID for every payment you do. Plus you get a full screen confirmation for each that you have to dismiss. I'll agree that the old app wasn't all that, but some regressions just don't make any sense. We use an app to save time, not to have an ui tap fest. There's games for that and they're actually entertaining.

You need to make it possible to set your spending overview from payday-payday! No one makes a budget from the 1st- the 1st of a month... Otherwise the app is great!

The worst bank app I've seen! and the worst costumer service either! Worked in the beginning but now didn't worked anymore. They sent me 2 kodbox during 1 month but never work. trying to get some help from costumer service and they keep me waiting for an hour and couldn't fix anything plus they don't have physical bank for private costumers! My recommendation avoid this Bank!

So slow. So slow. The old app was ugly yes but it did the job. This new one is horrible. Klicking anything takes forever and the fact that you do not have the "utkorg" to approve several invoices is enough to not use the app and go back to the old one. I have really tried using this one. It just does not work.

It's getting better, but this should not have replaced the old app yet. Still too much missing. And there is way too much animations! There are so many animations that the app feels slow even though it isn't.

There seems to be quite a few elementary things that are broken. For example, push notifications are not coming through even though they are the only way to get notified of new e-fakturas. Furthermore, these kinds of interruptions to service are not informed to the affected customers.

There is no notification about the e-invoice like the previous app. Neither there is any option that I could find to see and approve an already received e-invoice. The only way possible is to login to the online banking through desktop web.

With newest update there is a first page with all accounts where only one (on the top) will be viewed larger. So I put the account the I use the most on top. BUT the default account for bank-giro payments is set to the same account on top (I have a favourite account that I use the most and another one for paper bills which is not used that often.) Previously this was not an issue as multiple accounts were shown in larger fonts at the top. Improving gradually but still far behind some other banks

Alot worse than the old app. Paying bills one by one is a major pain, but even the little things like not being able to calculate which day the bill can be paid at the earliest is just not good enough in 2019.

Cannot see information about account such as cleaning number. Also I would like to know which is shared account and which is mine. In general seems like the app is only for showing transaction.

After the update I still keep my previous review. USELESS and TERRIBLE app!! All this time waiting for nothing, how difficult can it be to design just a working app?? I cannot see my account or use any service..extreamly dissapointed and considering to change bank becouse of this!

The app is okay on the whole, but the OCR for quick invoice payments is really bad and never works Edit: The OCR is now more or less completely broken. Good job!

Just counted, app has 5 stars from only 3 users, 4 stars from 2, 3 stars from 8, the rest users gave 2 or 1 star. Regardless so many bad reviews, bank decided to phase out good old app and force us to use this one from the beginning of September!

Very nicely design and easy to use app. The good thing about danske bank app transfer receive by same day if made before 11:00 and invoice scanner.

Once I pay for e-faktura, the app gets stuck at payment is done page. The "ok" button does nothing and also the back button doesnot have any action.

Found a bug. If you press back multiple times the "do you wish to logout" view is stacked on top of each other.
