as with any significant update it will take some time to get used with it. it was a good chance to introduce a dark mode, taking into consideration that this is the trend. also, a graph for a longer period (maybe a year, or even better, the give us the possibility to select the period) would be welcomed. and the biggest frustration with the app(better said, the bank itself), is the lack of Google pay, or something proprietary like "UniCredit pay" as in BT pay.
The app has been unavailable for a few hours now, right on the day when my salary arrived, too bad I can't use it. Aside from the frequent crashes and bugs since the update, the simplicity and ease of use of the previous version are gone. It was really useful having all current accounts in one view and all savings accounts/deposits in another one. The only positive thing about this version is the theme. This is probably the worst mobile app update I have ever seen.
New update received today. I was waiting for a basic feature: seeing the amount of money I had when I made a purchase. Unfortunatelly, I did not receive that. There is a chart now which may be useful but it's not interactive. A good thing the old app had and it vanished is that now I cannot see the total sum of my accounts, deposits or loans. I have to swipe left-right and do the math myself.
In the last period, the app is constantly crashing...it is absolutely annoying. I have to try sooo many times to make a payment. I can not log in all the times. All the transactions appear after many days in the app. Most of the time, I dont get the approval notifications for a payment...I just have to try many times until it works. I dont know whats happening but this is tooo much!!!
Card transactions notification limit is useless for online shopping, there shouldn't be limit, otherwise you can close the payment / order
App asks for PIN after 20 minutes phone call activation and initial app use, even though PIN hasn't been set up yet (didn't ask for a PIN after activation) => app locked, reactivation needed, again need to dial Call Center => uninstall, cumbersome process, not user friendly activation Edit 2022-03-09: Eroare 1 when trying to activate app with correct card and CNP info. Tried twice, restarted app => again uninstall
Used to have very high latency for each UI action (10 or more seconds) on a Samsung S7 Updated to the latest version. No longer occuring.
Hi, Could you please update the categories? My salary is not taken into account as income and I can not update the category accordingly. That means the whole statistics feature is useless (and the recommendations part as well). Besides that the app is very helpful and the new features are really meeting my needs (virtual cards feature is really great). Good job overall! Thanks

The app has been crashing in the past weeks, constantly. It is non-responsive and I cannot access it, once I enter the code. Sometimes uninstalling and re-installing works, but this unacceptable... When it worked, it was decent.
I no longer receive any kind of notifications. I have even applied what you have advised in a previous comment, but it still does not work. It is very annoying, because the feature is very useful. Installed the app today and tried to set the language to English. Every time I close the app the language switches back to Romanian. Not a problem, but I would like the app to keep the English language. Activation process was irritating for me. Got two codes to activate the Token and the mobile banking. The activation code for the Token could not be used, because I could not find a possibility to activate it, so I activated mobile banking only. Seems to work so far.
Mobile banking is very slow loading since a week. Sometimes needs several attempts as shows no data connection although data connection in excellent conditions.in other moments just 'Eroare' displayed on the screen. Having last week cards and app down for half day and with the current tech issues not sorted, I am considering raising a complaint for poor service quality and prevented access to my own funds.
I can no longer see ongoing transactions, that is the ones that haven't been processed yet and even if I have placed a payment order to the bank, my money don't seem to be reserved. From what I can remember, before last updates I could see those amounts. UPDATE: ongoing transactions can now be seen only in the "Electronic Wallet" section, on card details.
Very poor update. You need to become a mathematician to know what funds you have available. So many pending payments that do not decrease your sum from the current account. Also the credit card does not show you how much you have left to pay. You need to calculate the difference between the credit limit and what you have currently in the account.
You need to fix the app. I saw a lot of people commenting about the issues and how the response was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Which I did and now all I get is "connection error! Please try again later" There's no point in using this bank and this app of you are inconsistent with your services. Can easily switch banks
My card got removed from the app for some reason, I tried to connect my card again, all done and when I try to log in my account a notification pops up saying "ok" and the only clickable button is also "ok". Reinstalled the app and now everytime i try to reconnect the card, an unexpected error occurs.
I have been trying to access my accounts via this app and I have been prompted with the same error message for a week now.This is very very annoying and frustrating since I pay all my bills with this app.Please answer with a solution.Thank you! Just a small suggestion here: is it possible to scan the barcode first for a bill and then let the application determine the company and all the remaining details for the new transaction? Currently you need to select the company and then scan the barcode which seems a little bit cumbersome - at least for me. Other mobile banking applications allow you to do that and it's much more easier rather than doing it the other way around. The only way this works is with QR codes from what I've seen so far. Hope it makes sense what I'm trying to say and that I didn't missed something. Thanks.
New interface has some cool features, but overall i liked the old version better. Please bring back the overview of accounts and deposits including the total balance in RON equivalent.
Pro: nice aspect Con: can not search all the transactions from last year containing one word. You can see the whole category but not one by word. copy-paste iban is very hard to use on a mobile.
Couldn't connect again to my account (received the activation message but the app wouldn't recognize it). Had to allow all permissions and disable all battery saver settings for the default SMS app in order to be recognized by Mobile Banking and validate the login.
New interface is horrible. Worst colors, useless graphics, hard to use. The old interface was amaizing, top level on the market. New version, just avoid
Scan barcode from picture does not work, no pdf barcode scan option for electronic invoices. I cannot see transactions history from electronic wallet initial screen -》latest transactions. I do not recommend, Sorry!
A bit slow at times, money are deducted from the total amount, but expenses don't appear yet, you need to guess where that money went. Even between own accounts money cannot be transfered at any time, in case of emergency in weekend, just wait for monday. Switching from another bank, won't name it, i am fairly dissappointed.
After the latest update, the app doesn't remember the fingerprint authentication method, it only works one time every time I activate it, after which it reverts to pin. Would be nice to have this fixed
