Beginning with Android 4.4, please make sure the backup files are in your external SD card before doing a factory reset on the phone. If not, please copy the entire backup files .txt to your external SD card.

having issue using it to back up sms and call log. says can not back up? but contacts worked fine. rebooted phone still have issue
Used to be a great 5 star app, but with no updates in 2 years, it no longer let's me backup my SMS nor CALL LOGS on Samsung Galaxy S8
BAD!! it says "can not back up" on call logs & Sms on LG Stylo 4... Use to be a great app.. sent email, with no response..

Within the last month app has started locking up my phone
Backed up my SMS messages and when I went to restore them it didn't restore very important ones that was on there
I backed up my texts but the app will not allow me to restore them.
I tried to restore on nougat. But the app crashes
I am uninstalling as it does not complete backup last few weeks.

Excellent ... Does exactly what it says ! I backed up all my Contacts, SMS messages and Log History to my SD card, backed it up, then inserted the SD Card to a new mobile phone I bought and Restored all the data... Worked amazingly well, very happy.

I bought new phone Note 8 and it's not restoring my sms backup which is quite important and i have important messages in them. Totally frustrated and upset. Fix the problem else I'll lose essential data
