Love this app, everything is simple to use, colour coded for different transactions etc… Now I am being forced to download the new one which in comparison is awful. No colour coding for different transactions, in and out payments not in different colour, harder to read, ugly to look at, the list goes on. Not to mention it is harder for those who have health problens, the coloured layout was easier to understand and follow. Why change what isn't broken? Disappointing Danske!!!
Just been informed that whereas existing tablet and mobile apps can be installed on more than one device at same time this is not presently the case with the new app and may not be possible after 1 September thus requiring you to use security card every time you want to use a different device. Utter madness and raises question why they are even considering replacing existing apps which work well
Closing this app is a horrendous decision while New Banking is still not fully ready. Balances do not update instantly or they update incorrectly (in the new app, a cheque will appear instantly available even if not yet cleared, and debit card transactions also take an hour or so to update on occasions). You're really ruining my happiness by retiring this "wheel" app you know. The pursuit of progress has casualties. I'm moving to Santander.
This app is easy to use compared with the rubbish app that is replacing it - which has a non friendly user interface and a complexity which will undoubtedly be detrimental to the more senior members of the community already struggling with a diminishing number of Danske Bank branches. But there you go - Danske Bank as always knows better.
I really miss this app. It was so easy to use. The new app, whilst enabling facility of blocking a card if lost, is not totally custimer friendly.
The worse Banking app. I enter all my details and security code but failed to open. They have made a mess of rhis app from the previous Danske App. I am thinking of moving my account to another bank if this is not sorted ASAP
Amazing app! Love how you can find out how much you've spent in certain areas (cinema/cafe/clothes etc). Crystal clear, makes assessing your outgoings so easy.
I've been using this app for years without issue, prompted me to update, now crashes on start up! Sort it out Danske! Customer for 18 years
Functional app that allows checking accounts and transfering between with no issues. Option to block cards if required.
Used to be really good but lately trying to get into my account is very difficult. Says wrong details entered, can't connect to bank now, really fed up with it now
This app is great and so easy to use compared to the new one. Log in and security much better too.
My old mobile bank app closed today and I tried downloading the new app lots of times with no luck ,it says unable to open the app
New app font is too small. Tried the upgraded app, no thanks unreadable

Been using this for a long time and it's been perfectly fine, now I'm getting prompted that a new version is coming out and this one will be discontinued. I thought, that's fine so I went to download the new one only to find it's not compatiable with my device.. So that's seems to be a huge oversight. Which means when this one is closed I'll be unable to view my bank information on an app. Really Dissapointed.
