Hate the maintenance breaks. Wish we could use it also while on maintenance

The updated is nice.. best thing feature is the quick pay.. However one of the most important feature of the previous version is now not available in this update. That is to check the remaining balance before making a transfer.. now when you want to make a transfer after you enter the amount you don't see the remaining balance. It would be nice if you guys can bring back feature.

It's a pretty terrible app but I also have no other choice. Sums up the service in a nutshell

Great app. Now its very easy to always check up on our accounts and make transfer, though there is one problem. Sometimes there is a error and sometimes deductions of money while the other person does not get any money. Delay in transactions. But we get it after sometime. So its not a big problem. Thank you for the app.

Since the last major update, the app has become extremely annoying. Takes forever to load the app, my phone freezes and has a black screen when loading. The landing page is completely useless. Why isn't there a way to see the combined total amount of money I have in all my accounts? Hope next update will be better than the last one.

Worst banking app ever made. You open app to see your account payment history and stuffs. But it's never updated. It never shows new transactions made. Always shows week old history. What's the point of even having this app on your phone. Just to take up space. It's not so much that app itself is bad, but BML is just worst when it comes to convenience.

Overall many new features are good but Still requires some improvement such as adding the skip options ( finger print or app lock or nothing at all) for app lock during the first log in process same as before so that only one time log in can be used in the app and clears every app data after exiting from the app and reset. Also I wish to have live chat through the application.

QuickPay needs improvement. Should include the possibility of searching saved contacts in quick pay function.eg Frequently visited stores and cafes are already saved contacts but if you have to account number every time its not very convenient,many businesses have personel accounts given for transfer money. cant verify the business from the name of the person. don like it when its restricted to PIN only. need to have the option to login every time with user and password feel more secure then.

Please fix this issue... With Wi-Fi connection the app does not open. It only opens with the Data on. It is also slow with the data on. Overall, I like the UI alot and the whole design of it.

After the latest update . The speed of the fingerprint and faceID for both ios and Android devices are slower than the previous version. Also hope to see a DARK MODE soon in the future update. The UI is really good .

After updating the new app only able to use one time, re updated two more times, still app is not loading it seems a bug, finger print biometric issue. Anyways app has more useful features then previous app.

After update the app is not even opening. Not responsive at all. Have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting, using wifi and data separately. Nothing seems to work.

Hating this new update. Takes ages to load the app and can't login using WiFi, needs to keep turning the Data on & off multiple times! Not very convenient or ideal when you need to urgently make transactions. Please try to fix this issue asap.

Please add mobile top up option for recharge of mobile account.

I have no idea 💡 how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled just because it keep crashing. Ever since this new update came out everything I have to do is from browser. This Apps isn't working at all for me. So it's a zero from me

App keeps stopping since i moved to Note9.. im using the latest version of the app and have latest firmware too.. reported the issue.. unistalled and reinstalled the app as instructed.. still that message keepa popping up.. Can use the app without hassle though..

The last updates are terrible. There's so much load on the phone that I can't even drop the notification drawer. It takes like 40 seconds to load. Overall it got worse.

good for domestic but not international..taking long time to process international transaction even cut off time mentioned by 11am will process on the same day, but didn't. also, the fees are one of the headache. I prefer MobilePay, very efficient.

Thank you. this version works on my device now. able to use all features except Dashboard. when I touch on dashboard application close itself.

This app is very useful. It would be more safe if you enable account owners name during account adding. This will solve many problems like sending money to wrong person through app. Hope we will get an update for this soon.

👎🏼 Nothing Works properly after the Major Updates to banking systems. Transfer History details are a mess, OTP issues etc.

Wonderful UI Overhaul, but missed one important feature which is very familiar in 2021 called "Dark Mode", though most of tech reviews believe it's a battery saving alternative

Need history update time to time

Latest update has screwed up everything. Now transfers fail, slow even on 4G, app doesn't show details.. aren't updates supposed to make stuff better?

They could add in more options for transfers, email as well. Overall a clean, simple app.
