Mobile Banking BAC Credomatic offers you the following services:
- Login quickly using your fingerprint. *
- Consult Account Balances and Statements for Personal Accounts and Credit Cards
- Exchange Rates at Login screen.
- Bill Payment for Credit Cards and Public Services. **
- Local transfers between BAC accounts.
- SINPE transfer between another banks. **
- Pre-paid airtime top-up **
- Search for Bank Locations (ATMs, "Rapi-bancos" and Branches)**
- SINPE Móvil transfer (Service only for Costa Rica users)**
* To active it, only login as usual with your username and password (and Token device in case you have it) and select the “Setup Fingerprint” check box, then press “Login” button, accept the Terms & Conditions. The Fingerprint function must be previously activated in your device.

- For SINPE Móvil transfers application requests access to contacts.
- Not is allowed try to activate Login with Fingerprint for devices with Root Access for security norms. if your device is rooted you can Log In normally typing your username and password.

Quite useful app. But when you go to modify your personal information, it doesn't show your municipality correctly.
Not big issues yet. Excellent customer service when needed. Keep improving.
Horrible experience, App was not letting in, and I went to the bank and stated that the issue it was solved when it wasn't.
Resetting the password is way too complicated
The app does not open after it is installed. It worked fine for a year and then quit a month ago and has not worked since. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it without success. Very frustrating. Update - I followed your advice and now it is up and running again. Thanks for the help!
Frustrating. Went to the bank 3 times this week to resolve issues with the app. It keeps telling me there is a connection problem. Had to uninstall the app. Came back, tried to pay some bills. It sent me to Banca Movil. Banca Movil gave me a code which did not work. The app ended up telling me to communicate with customer service via WhatsApp. I don't trust WhatsApp with bank information, therefore, I will make another trip to the bank tomorrow. Extremadamente frustrante.
Good application, easy to use but it needs a very good internet, with my mobile It is usual to receive a connection error, even if I have a wifi or mobile connection active. Sometimes I cannot access because of that error but any other application works with the same connection- Solved Un-installing and installing again.. Update: Problem persist, after some time I have to reinstall this app because of this connection problem.
Sep 4, 2021 app crashing or prompting "try again". Already cleared data, etc. Sucursalelectronica . com option "can't be reached". Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue. Seriously? On mid day Saturday? Instead of midnight system updates? Get it together and quickly!
5 days freezing in the logo screen, and I hate having to open my laptop and remember logins for something it's supposed to be made on my phone.
Bac code is now included but does not work,if you never get the code you are stuck forever
Super easy to use! The best checking and savings account user interface I've experienced in Costa Rica. Transfers are easy and cheap between banks. Bill pay is quick and efficient using favorites. Thanks BAC San Jose. Great app!
Love this app, so easy to use. Been using it for several years and really has not dissapointed me. Only recently it would open and immendiately close but this was also happening with others apps too and I only had to reinstall the app for the issue to be fixed! :)
This is the only app that stays running in the background despite closing the app, it also starts when the phone boots. I hate it because there is always a notification saying this app is active
Easy and quick to use. If you would only add the option to complete UNI transfers through the app, it would make it better.
Useless app. Can't transfer money despite having to use two apps to do so just to get hit by technical errors on your end.

I don't like this app, because I have to uninstall it, and install again always that I want to use it, in order to check my account status. It's annoying.

I downloaded the app in my new phone. And I'm unable to login in. It says the app is under maintenance but it's been like this for a week. It's so annoying ugh.
I like this new design, also the feature of nfc payments is awesome! The only feature that I not found was see my full transaction history.
Awful app doesn't work, crashes all the time, and by all the time I mean all the time, is exhausting.

I can't open the app because it's not updated; that's so wrong. I can use Banco General's app upgraded or not.
The worst Bank in El Salvador ! BAC offered a credit card I said yes but when I received it was diferent design they said I have to to wait 3 more days so I requested a phone call to see a solution or keep the one they sent but no phone call. At this time I do not want the product anymore. PPL do not use BAC ! BANCO CUSCATLAN IS THE BEST ONE IN EL SALVADOR.
