A real pity they stopped the tablet version. It is annoying to use the new one which is only in portrait mode. For alternative they propose to use the website but this means you always need the digipass to connect. I think i'll gradually will switch everything to my other bank account which has a more user friendly app.
Hello, since a few days there are issues to connect via mobile app. First at weekend night some policy connection issue. It was gone after +/-30 mins. Now during business hours not able to log in via fixed or mobile line, application restarted in between. Despite being a happy customer stability is important.
App is ok...but when i make the comparison with the Beflius app i used to have, it's still missing some handy features. Like a fingerprint acces for the smartphone, pay by scan QR code, notifications you can set when there is a particular amount of money going in or out your bank account.
Since the update of end January 2020 it is impossible for me to connect to the application. Every time I click on "se connecter" i get the following error message. Une erreur s'est produite (PolicyRejection) And then no means to inform me as to what must I do to fix this. Very frustrating to be unable to use my banking application.
Comparing this app to my belfius app i think this app feels extremely outdated. But it works. hope to see more updates soon!
1. Please improve the search (in transactions history with keyword) options. I have the only app to compare is belf..s 2. Possibility to copy the account number of any transaction. 3. Re-use to the same beneficiary from any made transaction, without beginning completely new operation. 4. Mobile payments??? 5. Share the account number (from every transaction). Otherwise, I love AXA! Thank you!
I seem to have problems when (or because of) the android version is up to date (Android 10). It fails on the pin code and can go no further.
Is there any way to hide some of your accounts (for instance the economy account) from the main screen. After entering the password everything is visible. Would like to hide an account as in the desktop app. Thanks
Only works okayish for standard operations & payments. Complex operations always fail and give network issues. Network stability of the app is poor.
Guys you need to invest time in the app and rework the user interface. It is not user friendly at all. I have lot of ideas. If you need advise dont hesitate to ask
After reinstalling and unblocking my mobile banking, I was able to use the app on Android 10. Thanks for the support.
why is the menu in the GOOGLE PLAY STORE ONLY in Dutch language? as well as any new updates in DUTCH!!! even Dutch banks have English language!!! can't an international reputable banking and insurance company have English and French languages for their customers located in Belgium and France? why only Dutch language please?
No longer works on android 10. Says PIN is incorrect, even though it is.

Only updates between Tuesday and Thursday, the other days you need to find out yourself what might have happened to your finances. Atleast you can use payconic with it.

Overall okay. But really frustrating that you can't transfer more than 500 euro. If I want to do that I'll have to login to the home banking website. There I was able login with the itsme app. But when I want to sign my transfer I still need the bank card reader device. Why would I login with my itsme app if I still have to use the card reader to actually transfer money. It's useless that way!
i had constantly unkown errors but now it's working fine.

Your app is broken. I enter payment details -> confirm -> enter pin -> GOT A WARNING "YOU MADE SIMILAR TRANSFER IN THE PAST 24 HOURS" No, I did not. This is first transfer. If i press OK on the warning message, I am asked for a pin for the second time. Enter pin again, transaction is comlete. Is it one transaction? Or two transactions? Please fix it.
