Why hasn't banking kept up with the times? Balances and deposits should be in real time. No updates over the weekends?? Time to step up your game. Notification are painful to set up. Time to make some system updates.

I really like the application, as it makes everything a lot easier in terms of making transfers between accounts and making online deposits instead of going in to the office. My rating is 4 out of 5 because I have had troubles with the search function: the search bar told me I could search by check number, but I wasn't able to. In addition, I was unable to search up all recent deposits at the same time, which would have been useful. All in all I recommend the app!

Initially loved app. Now it crashes each time I try to open.

Now that Galaxy S22 series bug is fixed everything is working fine.

I use this app all the time. I do have issues with it about 25% of the time. Where the app itself will not load on to the login screen or it will show me my balances but once i go to click on the accout i want to veiw purchases on it will kick me out. Also the balance don't give you updates with in the hour, half the time. But other than those few things its a great app.

Good app, easy navigation. User friendly layout, and most importantly a very good very customer centered bank. Would definitely recommend switching to SNB, and ditching your old bank especially if it's wells Fargo.

I live by this app! The last update made it even better. I would like to be able to see at least my last payment made using the transfer, to the companies I pay using my account, if not a history. It would make it easier to see if I have already paid for the month instead of searching thru my account history.

Very convenient and easy app to use. Whether you want to check a balance or transfer from one account to another. Really like the instant balance feature, don't have to sign in to view balances.

Bill pay function has never been available. Why have it.

It took me a bit to figure out how to print my statements or off them but once I did then this app is a solid 5 stars!! Plus snb is just awesome and always very friendly & willing to help.

After the last update the app just crashes every single time I try to open it. Really cool and awesome to make people use the app over the website and then have a completely non-functional app lol

Frequent crashes and freezes up my phone. Regularly have to uninstall and reinstall. Disappointing app.

A really solid app that keeps improving. The new mobile deposit photo functionality is especially appreciated.

Doesn't work when you need it.SNB doesn't have 24 Customer service and they work on this thing in the off hours so it's down for maintenance whenever you really need it.

Doesnt send proper notifications when you make a purchase as its supposed to, constantly doesnt load or takes forever to load

Like that I can check my balance at any time and it updates with the transactions immediately.

It's a little tricky getting a good image. But I'm thankful to be able to make deposits without driving 75 miles to do it.

A glitch required a call in to access mobile deposit but it works well now.

Not happy they want me to delayed some of my apps. so it can update. Not happy at all.
