I really want to like this app but when I try to upload a photo to a page, it doesn't upload until after a few tries and sometimes not until hours later. Other than that, everything has worked okay for me. It would be amazing to have scrapbook features added. Picture overlay, words overlay and collage features. And a cover page as well.
This app is really convenient. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. The only ads are in a small banner at the bottom so they're not distracting or obtrusive. The app itself is pretty basic in a straightforward kind of way, which I appreciate. It has a moon phase calendar and you can add in photos on your pages. My only drawbacks are to open it you have to tap in exactly the right spot on the 'lock' screen/cover and if I want to secure it I'd rather it be like unlocking my phone.
You know what, this is pretty good for a bos app. Pretty customizable. Wish I could change bg colour when I make an entry but all the text options are really quite good. The global chat function doesn't work (I put in a name to chat with and then nothing happens) but that's cool, I probably wouldn't use it anyway lol. I like that you can put a picture in line while writing an entry and how you can flip the pages. Best bos app I've seen so far that actually works like it's supposed to 👍
I didn't want a dated journal style BOS, I was looking for somewhere I could store my aromatherapy blend recipes and herbal remedies as well as spells and document magical workings and mainfestations. That this BOS allows reordering of pages makes it easy to categorise and find entries at a later date. Now to copy in info from various note books. I love that it's lockable but also pages can be printed to pass on my learned wisdom to my family.
I really like the app! You can see the moon phase and personalize it! The one thing i dont really like is the coven feature. I tried using it but the languages were different. And it told me to use my flashlight for some reason. I was really confused please help.
Concept is great; would love a mobile version to take notes. But this app doesn't work correctly. None of the settings I tried to customize would save: colors defaulted back, as did page layout. Don't waste your time installing.
I love this app but the pages are completely black, can't read anything. I've done everything I can; restart the app, redownload the app, restart my phone, redo the pages. Everything. It's still not working.
While I'm sure it's been a good app to some, all I am able to do on this app is add a heading to every page. It is physically impossible to type anything into the blank new pages and I am unsure as to what the apps actual purpose is...
when i wrote in it, the whole page turned black. I also couldn't change the text colour and stop it from being underlined. everytime I pressed it, it wouldn't come off.
Not worth it. You can't edit things properly, once you put entries in you can't read them, pictures you save don't display, you can't edit notifications, just skip it.
I cant get anything to appear on the pages...ive tries writing on them, adding a photo, nothing works! I had such high hopes, even willing to pay to remove ads but it just doesn't work
No directions for how to use the app. Didn't get what I hoped for. Couldn't get photos to show and that is part of my hard BOS. If that can be addressed and added I will consider this app again.
It wouldn't let me type. I tried changing the page and font colors, adjusted various settings. Nothing. I was really looking forward to using this :\
Not sure how to change the background color. After saving the page, it's a deep purple-ish blue with black letters, I can't read a thing.
I love the app . Pretty easy to use and navigate. Only problem I have is if I delete a photo on my phone that I have uploaded, it deltes it from the page in the app.
I simply don't like this app, the interface is weird and I couldn't change to the color I wanted
This app is a pretty easy way to manage and keep a easy access book of shadows that is digital. This is probably my most or preferred book of shadows app.
This app is pretty great so far. Can't wait to see what you guys add in the future. Thinking about paying to get rid of the adds.
Unusable. As much as I'd love it to work, the pages go black and you can't read them.
I have not even used it yet but the fact its the only one for us moderen Witches. As a Witch the intent was all I needed to rate it great !!!
Is good. But, it would be better if I could up load pics aswell. Also I can't upload the information onto a new device as it was on the old one, is there a save online option so I can just login and all the information is already there?
I love it. Used it a lot on my last phone, now I'm downloading it again. I think it works well and is fun to play around with.😍
It wants me to pay to get rid of ads but won't let me just keeps saying loading idk if I'll keep it

I want to love it so much but i neeed to be able to upload photos as most of my book are pictures from the internet
I can't upload or import any images or documents and takes forever to start up

Exactly as described. The app has seemingly unlimited page space, you can attach links and embed pictures into the pages, it's basically everything you'd need in a Book Of Shadows. One thing I will say is that having to tap on a very specific area of the page to start typing is a little annoying, but not enough to dock a star, especially when most of the time it's only so annoying because I forget. All in all, it's a fantastic app.
