Mobile Campus

This works well. I download videos for my asynch sessions to watch while offline. I wish the app would turn into landscape mode. The videos do thankfully turn to landscape, but the rest of the interface will not (Edit: yay It's in landscape!) Also, when I watch a video offline then reconnect it does not show up in my activities. It would be great if on reconnection it would show I did complete the module activities. Edited to add: please allow downloads to be moved to external drive for storage.

Like the website, this app has breaking issues. Both require a clearing of the cache or a reinstall to fix issues. I've had to repeat these fixes multiple times. I've been a web & app developer for 20 years and I've never had these kind of issues in my software. Or anyone else. If the company solution is to tell people to clear out the cache or reinstall, the company has other major issues within their culture! How people who know what they are doing!

Overall the app is decent. My biggest complaint is that the iOS version is better. I have an iPad and a Galaxy Tab and was trying to decide between the two. On the iPad, this app has dark mode, caption, and transcript capabilities, making note-taking much easier and making using the app in the dark better. Also, when I rotate to landscape, the video stretches funny on the Tab but rotates nicely on the iPad. I wish this app were as good as the iOS version because I prefer my Tab.

App not functioning. I have downloaded it twice, and attempted to access over Wi-Fi and Mobile Data. I am able to find my school, but I am unable to log in. I have a screen shot of the error message. Please provide a contact email to send the picture to. Thank you!

Some basic settings are missing, such as keeping screen awake while reading presented material. Also there are many features inaccessible via the app, such as reading forum discussion post. I'd be much more satisfied with the app if I could access everything just as in would if on my PC.

Mobile Campus is pretty polished and pretty functional. It can be clunky to navigate and quirky in its behavior, but what really can you expect. The technology and functionality is reliable and high quality. The app could be improved by some UX research.

Easy to use, extremely useful for my classes, can listen to my lectures on the go! There are very few bugs and they get fixed pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

The update completely broke all functionality of this app. The app no longer allows access to prior courses, or even other modules of any current course. No way to view previously completed videos, or skip forward to new sections.

Extremely slow, full of bugs, not intuitive, too many limitations compare to website (or just so badly designed I can't find what I need). The worst LMS app I've used so far. Way worse than any canvas version be ever tired....

Downloaded for the first time and it never shows a login screen, it just shows the 2u splash screen and a search bar at the top. Unacceptable to release an app that doesn't function.

I love how convenient it is .. allows you to learn anywhere and everywhere

Easy to use and navigate. Turning in assignments is difficult, but easy to do readings, meetings, watch videos, and communicate with classmates

I can access everything I need for class.

It has limited applicability for the Simmons program. I want to stream lecture without downloading it, I don't use it because of that.

Gave it 1 star because I am not able to choose the playback speed when using the app, and for this reason I have to haul my laptop around so I can choose the playback speed.

Easy to use, videos run well and you can change settings without issues. Helps with not wasting time!

I just wanted to respond to loosing functionality... I had the same problem at first, but I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked beautifully. Try this, I'm guessing it will work for you. Good luck!

Very user friendly. Downloading courses for offline usage does not always work, but overall a very useful app.

The update has ruined this app. Cannot access previous courses, cannot access files or grades. Cannot access the wall.

I'm unable to view updated wall posts in the app. I'm unable to reply. Looks like this happened when 2SN was updated.

This is easy to use when studying virtually. It's helpful to utilize this platform in quick responses or to check the syllabus quickly.

Slow. Downloaded my course contents and yet, take over 10-15 minutes to load. You never know whether it's frozen or still loading

Great for on the go but not all videos work & wish there were links for the required reading.

Since new update can't access anything... uninstalled app still non functional... was fine before... why did you change it!!!!

this app is helpful when it's working. it is glitchy at times and some functions aren't accessible

Love it! Have a break I can watch a lecture or listen to lectures as I drive.

Excellent navigation of course content presentations driven by timers on each section after completing -automation..

So far, i actually prefer the mobile app to the online. It is easier to navigate.

I like that I can do my homework on the go and it plays videos even when the app is colapsed

Easy and intuitive to use. I've been using it for a few months with zero issues.
