Mobile Citizen
Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

Work Request right from my Tablet? This is great! I no longer have to wait to get to the office to submit. I took a picture and submitted immediately.. My request was immediately acknowledged via email... I highly recommend.
App doesn't work, indicatessever connection issues and brings me back to the select a city page. Also, the dropdown is flawed: has test data in the list, list is not in any logical order, and the list is not responding correctly to swipes in order to scroll down.
