Mobile CX

The Mobile Customer Experience application enables the players to manage their casino-related tasks such as registration, profile updates, cardless session creation, and cashless transactions. These features are supported by the EGMs that have MPS (Modular Card Reader with Proximity Sense) card readers. A player can create and end a session with an EGM without using a physical card.

The mobile application has the following features:
