This app is literally the worst. Every time I need to use it I have to completely delete it and download it again. And heaven forbid you forget your password, because it will just tell you that it's invalid. After 6 attempts I just gave up and I can't use the app at all, because no matter what I put in I get the same message. If your apartment complex requires you to use this then best of luck to you
App for apartment. Doesn't work. Keeps shutting itself off after I registered. Hope there's not info on here I need because it doesn't work. I've downloaded and uninstalled it, trying both my phone number once and my email the second time. I select my unity but after that it crashes.
I cannot click on the submit button, so I am unable to use any of the services (maintenance request, authorized entrant etc). I have a Samsung galaxy s21.
It is not working and its asking me to put in more info for security but the app has no function to the screen that is only half showing
Doesn't show when rent is paid or if you have a credit. App sucks and I am a resident.
Non functional on Android. It worked a couple months ago, but the version that's available right now for android does not even open. Clicking the icon causes a crash before the app can even launch. It's been this way for weeks now without a fix. It should probably be taken off the store if they aren't supporting it anymore.
Great when it works, but it logs me out every few days and doesn't recognize my email/number for sending the activation code 50% of the time. (Error: "We couldn't find that email or mobile number. Please try again.") I basically have to remember to retry every few hours until it goes through, only to do it all again a few days later, when I realize I haven't gotten any notifications recently. Note: My apartment complex only uses this app for package notifications.
Every month this app shows me an error with making payment.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this app as it negatively effects my experiences here at the Collins Junction Apartments where they require us to use this app to pay rent and request maintenance; neither of which I am able to do. Manager and I have contacted the app multiple times through email but nothing has been resolved. Have also left negative feedback in the app to see if can warrant response; no reply. We are beyond frustrated. 8 more months to go. Terrible app.No support
Unable to open the app
Even though my push notifications are turned on in the app and permissions are set to allow notifications, I do not get the notifications. Therefore I do not get important information that is sent to the residents. Unfortunately, this is the only way we get notifications from management. I work a lot of hours and do not have the time, nor do I think about logging in every couple of hours to check for messages. This app is pretty worthless.
This app is horrible it worked for one day and I could schedule myself an hour at the pool. The app doesn't even open it just force closes upon opening and even after I restart my phone and force close the app it isn't working. My roommates have apple phones and it isn't even working on their phones either. Fix your app please I see tons of others having the same issues on your reviews but I see obviously after months it hasn't changed a bit. As I say again. FIX YOUR APP.
This app is beyond a headache. The whole time my phone number or email wasn't shown to be my address but to some other building which was a mess. I can't get a hold of anyone. My apartment also tells me that there's nothing they can do. I'm just trying to check in for the pool or gym. You can even input the stupid code they give you if your info isn't on file for them. You can't contact them. They'll contact you supposedly??
The app was fine a few months ago, but for the past month I won't get any notifications. Which means I can't get notifications about people coming to my apt for maintenance, if events are getting rescheduled, etc.
Useless with an Android. I work at one of the properties that use the app and I can't even get it to work on my Android, even though I'm registered on the office computer as "Staff". You can't get past the "Input your phone number to get a verification code". It just sends you back to Name, Apt # and Building.
The layout is poor. The majority of the options do not work. Lastly, the management does not utilize the app to it's full potential. The management doesn't even use the application. @3CMMultifamily
Our apartment complex uses this app, and I find it very helpful. I have requested assistance from the office, and they have always answered within an hour, and scheduled work to be done in a timely manner. It works well on my Samsung. If there is a negative, I will also note that.
The app stops sending notifications when it needs updating, but doesn't give any indication it needs updating. One only finds out when they open the app.

app worked for a couple weeks now it goes to a, " we updated our secuity" page that does not accept any password you create, or any options for help. Complete waste now, but is great when it was
This app is unreliable and glitches all of the time! Notifications fail. Now the app won't even fully open. It's just awful.
Useless with Android. The app crashes immediately when you try to open it. When it decides it wants to work, the buttons do not work.
I'm not able to submit maintenance work orders on the app. Keep getting an internal error message. I have uninstalled and tried reinstalling the app. Still doesn't work.
this app doesn't have my apartment complex listed in the options as a selection and I have been having AC issues and can't send out for a work order cuz they want all done thrlught this dam thing that DOESNT HAVE MY APARTMENT COMPLEX LISTED!
Does not even open on Android. Not sure about iOS, but don't even bother with this. You're better off calling the front office of your apartment building.

if the tenants at the apt complex had any consideration for others here, to use the app LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO, it would be better. it also isn't being overseen as it should, or i wouldn't be here making a complaint
I downloaded this app and I don't know why or for what purpose.
Goes to "we've updated our security" page, which has no links or ways to create account or sign in. Went to zego to look for info, none to be had. Deleted app, reinstalled, which crashed when opening. Went to settings to show on top, which had to turn on or app would not start. It was working fine, at least up until April 1st, the last time I pulled up the app.
