Recharge app, but doesn't show anything to indicate your recharge is successful (webpage not loading error), and recharges have greater chances of failing. Basically...not recommended until this issue is solved.

These people are thieves. I have recharged two Airtel number for 379/- each. They have deducted 758/- but both numbers are still not recharged. I have raised query to their helpdesk but no response. They don't have any phone number so that customer could connect to them. These apps are looting people's. Same on you just recharge it team.

This is the worst app I ever seen. I have recharged a DTH of Sun Direct for 1 month, transaction is successful but recharge is unsuccessful. So please don't go with app for recharging DTH or any other recharges. There is no proper response for queries. Please refund my money back....

I have been using this app for a long time.and I m completely satisfied with this app.Every app has some prons and cons and technical problem do arise to which every developer is serious and tries to eradicate that problem..Now lets talk about JRI.Many of you have commented both ways plus/minus..as a customer even I can understand the frustration but we need to b patient. Ok those customer who have difficulty in opening the app..KINDLY OPEN THIS APP VIA DESKTOP(COMPUTER) .problems will b solved.

I have done recharge but doesn't reflect in my account and no any contact with JRI no customer care service only mail that we do but all the time they give same answer. I request all the people's that don't use this app.

Worst and fraud app.I lost more than 900 rupees. I recharge my vodafone number two times with 458( in 2019),amount deducted but not rechareged. I requested many times with these peploples, they didnt solve my problem. So, everyone should be cautious.

what a terrible app you guys have made ? "payment in progress" for over a day. It's better to go outside and recharge, than using this app. There is FAQ in app, but no answers even for that. Very much dissapointed👎

I using this application from 2010 year, the Time when I realized the Internet. So I trust this app but time change JRi is not only app in the market. The competitors provide better feature excellent platform. JRi is still same as old. Still love you to make my childhood Awesome because I trust my money not going anywhere. Miss you
