It was working fine until it came to pay for a subscription. However, it's not registering my payment of £10 despite Google play acknowledging it. Email sent. If they get in touch and sort this out I'll change my rating. Very inconvenient.
since updated phone (samsung note 10+) I can no longer use app- supervisor field opens but is not possible to input anything into- can not save anymore surgery. Useless now. Sent an email to developer as I used to find the app great. No word back over past 10 days.
I think there is no more support for android version. The iOS version is up to the mark and is flawless. Its too complicated for android one. Sometimes i am stuck at the pin area only. Please update it up to the mark.
Used to be a great app - as others have said, the subscription does now not update, I cannot use the app despite having paid my subscription. Emailed the helpdesk several times with no response as yet. Have had to unfortunately cancel subscription.
Android device. Subscription paid twice this year and still can't upload. Tried to contact the developer twice but no response. After good years I have to end my subscription.
App no longer functions since I upgraded my phone (android OS). Im now unable to add any of the operation details which seems to be a common problem!
Having same problem as below. Have logged lots of operating now unable to upload due to difficulties with it saying my subscription is expired and google has the subscription. Don't want to loose all my operations. Please help. I have sent 3 x emails to help desk.
previously used to great success. however recently have noticed that some entries are failing to be uploaded. furthermore it now states that my subscription has expired, despite google confirming my subscription is active.
On reviewing comments I wonder, do I benefit from subscription, trial period successfully uploads. Awaiting reply from support Support responded, subscription done and application working. The app work for 1 year without problems then after renewal of subscription it stopped working.
I'm subscribed but saying it's expired. Google says subscribed till May 21. App says It's expired May 20. Problem is that the app says I'm subscribed till May too when I try to subscribe anew... Please fix.

Unable to add operations keeps going back to login page
like others, no longer working despite active subscription. Even when working app was basic and outdated.
Very bad support , app denies my subscription , I had to re-upload my operations by my self on the website because the app is not working , admins do not answer .
Android version is not upto date. It has so many flaws compared to iOS .

The app stopped working almost 2 years ago. I emailed the developers multiple times and have not received a reply. I have been charged for 2 annual subscriptions for an unusable app. Very disappointing.
Currently unusable. As many other users, selecting "operation" or other fields leads to empty grey box. S9 plus, up-to-date OS.

I would love to know why we are being asked to pay a subscription fee, which has been increased, for an app, which is the only one compatible with eLogbook, that has not been updated since 2017, and has such limited functionality with parts that (still) don't work. Where does the £10 you collect from thousands go? Would be nice for some response to the the terrible review, and some involvement by Google for the ridiculously poor quality of this app that its users have to pay for...
