this app needs help, ive been trying to get it fixed for almost a month, will not crop around document, and turns phone camera into magnifying glass, so its worthless, i have to take pictures with phone camera, download them onto phone, transfer them over to pcs. techs are calling and giving suggestions, That dont work, so go back to the drawing board and get it fixed.
When up loading photo files you have to go back & forth into the photo gallery instead of being allowed to select all photos pertaining to a specific load number then edit, classify & upload. The same issues when inspecting up loads your not allowed to inspect them all at one time it's back & forth. Too images don't expand , they're not able to be blown up to better inspect or slide thru all photos at once and approve them. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼
Fails to load at the worst possible times, just a blank screen. When it fails its on both phones, not just one. Ok app when it works, but consistency is a must. App is required by work.
Worst app ever. The amount of steps you have to take to upload an image is ridiculous. Just to take a picture you have to hit three different buttons. You guys should start a gofundme page and use the money to hire someone who knows how computers work. This app needs to be streamlined. If my boss is getting this service for free he is paying too much!
Asks me to click "ok" or "cancel" too much. Reminds me a lot of windows when they would ask if you wanted to shut your computer down immediatly after you clicked the shut down button. Would give this app 5 stars if they were not constantly making me click "ok". The "ok" and "cancel" prompt needs to go away.
The number of times this app asks me to click "ok" is ridiculous. ALL of the prompts asking me to click "ok" are 100% not needed and a complete waste of time. Clearly designed by somebody that cares only about red tape and not at all about functionality. There is a company that has the slogan "just do it". This company should consider that. Stop waiting for me to click ok and just do it.
An app that cant send 6 images BOL,fuel receipts ??? Cant finish my load scaning all paperwork therfor fails n fails after various attempts on 4 G Network??? Thats just not a tool for time sensitive buisness as trucking,,, a driver cant be hold up by technology,,,but thats what this app does,,,,therfore thumbs down👎👎👎
This app would be the greatest if it allowed you to select more than one photo at a time from the gallery to upload. It would even be more nicer too if it allowed you to come back later to review what you submitted to a company when a claim has been made that your paperwork was never uploaded.
Fixing the close by hitting the back button now works on my Samsung Note 4, thank you, I do have a hard time getting copy of BOL'S to scan not sure if it is due to the phone is 3 years old.I have a new phone a Note 9, they fixed the.camera for my Note 9.
Camera is horrible in app and takes forever to upload also can't upload more then one photo at a time huge waste of potential .....could be ok if the bugs are improved and it becomes more Driver friendly and less office staff friendly
Nice app use it daily, I had to give less stars because it won't let me print the job for about the last 2 weeks. Causing me problems, will try to call after the holiday to see if you can fix it. Thanks.
When working properly this app is great,but lately been having issues with dispatch reservations not dispatching out EDIT:I actually had a representative call me to resolve the problem,props to PCS on customer support and service!
Issues with new update...i can't even get into the program since the update to retrieve load info or update arrival and departure times it's just not working AT ALL.
Works pretty good. Simple and easy to navigate. But I do wish history would show more then just 2 or 3 last trips. At least a week IMO
problem solved. The phone has been set to not English priority. As soon as I put English in priority, the program got work. So your program conflicts with languages other than English.
User friendly, accurate, fast. There's no wait time for the app to load and move from screen to screen. I love it!
Tried to report departure and it shows can not connect to server please try later. Tried update later and still keep getting same message.
Worked good up until a few weeks ago, now crashes every time I try and open it on my Android phone. Tried reinstalling, no luck
it doesn't work. I have installed and uninstalled several times and i keep getting the same results. an app that isn't working.
This app is great, I can check my fleets status and dispatch my loads to my drivers. Keep up the good work with the improvements.
Need to make a bunch of improvements. Routing is not truck friendly. History disappears way to soon. Picture quality is terrible.
With the new update I can't copy and paste phone numbers, addresses, or business names anymore. Seriously dislike that!!
Change it by itself from personal conveyance to driving mode when stopped vehicle also sometimes couldn't connect to the server also calling after hours on midnight nobody responded totally disappointed
I have to remove and add this app to 2 times now, I can open one minute go back and just have a blank screen, .
When dispatch send you message you Will receive a notification but when you click on notification and app opens but you can't see any message in the app
Absolute trash will not stay running. Crashes constantly. I hate this app.

Most recent update disabled the ability to use my main gps app by clicking route to some unsafe and unusable built-in map. Im looking for an older version or an option to disable this unsafe and dangerous built-in map.
