Keep crashing. Opening the app already and it will just closed by itself within seconds.
Something bloody wrong with this app. It immediatey shut down when the app just completed loading. It has been like this for weeks. Can the apps developer rectified this immediately? HDB! What do you have to say?
I can't even open the app after update. When I open the app, It flashed something I can't read and just shut down immediately...
Useless app. Downloaded it to my phone and kept crashing. Cannot even go into the app in the first place. Wonder how much HDB has spent taxpayers money on this useless app.
Recent app download apparently caused my phone (S21 Ultra) to keep having flashes of yellow screen which was disturbing. Originally, I thought it was because my phone dropped. After several troubleshooting steps, I deleted the app and the yellow flashing screen stopped. Perhaps the HDB mobile team could look into the app for any bugs. Almost sent my phone for repair.
Could use e services and was prompted to update app. During updating experience problems and couldn't update. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall again and yet also face problems in installing. Took many tries. Even after reinstalling app, still e setvices could not be used. Says e services unavailable at the moment. This Updated app very problematic. Seems like lots of bugs. Finally could only resolve by going e services via website. Fraustrating and wasted so much of my time. Pls fix this!
The map services has been crashing since the last change in mid-2018.. There have been so many comments on these, please look into fixing the issue. Thanks
App keeps crashing and whats the point of the app to have the hdb features if its redirecting me to chrome.
stupid app which redirects to the website, what a waste of time and space. Can't HDB build a proper app that stores our carpark info and credit card info and secured by biometrics login which we can use to pay season parking easily? it's already 2019, not 2010..

Very useless app, every service or link opens up the HDB website in app or redirects to Google Chrome. You're better off just using your computer or phone browser.

Please improve the app interface. What is the point of having an app that opens up web pages in another app. It is like a two step process that can be eliminated by uninstalling this app.
pointless app. transaction completed in webpage for a better experience.. i might as well use the browser. download app for what? waste of space, data, time and effort. Have app for the sake of having app. true sg attitude
Had to uninstall and reinstall to stop crashing problems. Requires access to audio? why? Why does this app need access to my photos and media? Doesn't really seem necessary.
Redirect to Chrome (for better experience)... Useless app that keeps redirecting me to Chrome (for better experience). In this case, we should just use Chrome to access HDB site instead of this useless App.
Keeps crashing. Can developers do something about the usability? Even if using the Chrome version, server is busy.

Mostly useful for me when I need to transfer carpark information but cannot access before 8am. Scheduled maintainance is from 3.30am to 6am as per FAQ, but tried at 7am but still unable to use. :(
Worked fine until few months ago. App keeps crashing and couldn't login using singpass to check info. Leads me to an error page.
Experience is quite terrible as compared to all other available platforms. frequent crashes and could hardly get much done...
