Frustrating! I was able to log in without difficulty. But, then discovered that most buttons just open a web browser page. I don't need an app to do that so it's pretty useless. But most frustrating is the fact that the Check Claims/EOB link, requires a Unicare password which it doesn't recognize and continually responds with error messages, making this app completely useless. I've tried this app several times since it's release and it only gotten worse, not better. I'm deleting it for the last

This is a very buggy app. 1. I have no clue what the raffle tickets are for and if I try to find out it cycles me back to the home screen. 2. The points earned, who knows what that's for... I tried to find out but it sent me to unclickable screen with no information. Is there a "shop" or something? 3. It keeps crashing. The only reason why it's getting 2/5 stars is because it works well to give me my gift cards that I earned. I would love to see this app become really good, it has potential.

First impressions = if this wasn't required by employer it would be deleted. Every click in app seems to open webpage in browser app, not this app. Not what I'd expect from a professional health app. It leaves browser pages open to health info. There is no way to get ID card if you don't already have it with you. Webpage times out and you get to start again!

The app does not show my dependents, does not show their ID cards. I get error messages whenever I try to look at my benefits, or find a provider. This app is completely useless. Better off downloading Sydney App. That works great.

Doesn't count my steps to what my phone actually shows, instead showing almost 10,000 less steps sometimes. Doesn't sync with Samsung health or Samsung Watches. Doesn't show my annual incentive even though I went and have the paperwork to prove it.

This app is horrible. I can not log in. It doesn't recognize my password and when I use the "forgot password" button to retrieve my password a pop up states to check my email for instructions to reset my password. I entered my username, but an email never comes. I've checked spam and it is not there either. Useless.

This app always runs slowly and is very jerky. Going from one screen to the next is a long, slow process and if you try to scroll at all it barely moves.

Worst experience ever. It won't let you log in, there's no option to contact tech support. This app is r Required to get a discount! It's almost like the insurance company wants you to pay traumatically higher prices?!

App froze up several days ago and nothing I do fixes the problem. Just talking up space on my phone at this point. Customer service has offered no solutions to the problem. Can't recommend this app at all.

not for android phones. I walk all day, and one of the goals is to make 10,000 steps. I easily can do that in a day. but it won't log my progress. its very frustrating.

It is missing basic functionality. Can't enter steps more than one day back and you can't fix an entry if you put in the wrong number of steps.

this is the only mobile health app I have on my android phone and it worked fine at first no problem. Then when I needed it the most I can not get any response or help in signing on. It is important for me because my company gives a substantial credit on insurance cost and it is generated through this app.

I thought it was my slow internet and my lousy cell signal, but I'm at work now and STILL cannot get the updated App to install! Thoroughly irritated...

I've verified my ID and password with my insurance provider multiple times and yet, keep getting rejected or booted out of this app. It's so un-functional that all I can do is laugh.

Almost every screen says error and will not show using LG g7. App is almost unusable. Do wish it worked better.

This app is discriminatory towards Android users. The iphone version of the app allows the Apple default health app to be used for step counting. Google Fit is not supported. As the points in this app are used for calculating HSA contributions it makes it difficult for an Android user to achieve the full value unless you purchase two specific vendors products.

Mobile Health has stop working again. I have not been able to get my workout diary. I can't even log them in manually on my Android phone. Is the app no longer working with Android cellphone anymore?

The activity tracker does not link with Samsung Health. It only gives you a 2 day window to log past activity manually. This is not practical for busy people.

each time I try to link my insurance, I get an error message and I have to uninstall and reinstall to use the other features.

Keeps crashing. Unable to access ANY info. If I could give it zero stars it would be a kindness.

This is horrible!! Who created this app? I think kindergarteners!! Wow, just wow. For a multi-million dollar industry, I would expect more but then again money needs to line someone's pockets. It certainly wasn't invested in this app.

Constant and consistent crashes. Makes it impossible to get physician forms or redeem earned rewards.

Absolutely terrible app. Not worth having. Buggy and not responsive. Companies who use this should get their money back.

Can't even get it installed. New app required by my employer to get additional pay and can't get it because the stupid app doesn't install.
