A great experience. DoctorSim was able to unlock my sprint samsung galaxy note 8 in less than 48hrs of purchase. It was very quick and easy. It was done via computer and usb. Basically they send you a link and you down it on your computer, then connect your phone to the computer USB port and before you know it they will unlock your phone, as this is going on they are also communicating with you on WhatsApp given you direction, what a great service and i recommend doctorsim services.
for Tmobile's users this is a ripoff, and they will not return your money, you will only get a credit for another order. they will confirm what I am saying, BTW, there is no other choice for TMobile's users,, there is one choice only on the app. T MOBILE USERS DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Software keep shuting down while asking to install an update, their online chat does not answer just keep dropping the conversation and no help and the email for USA office are removed, you must disable you Defender firewalls to get it installed on your PC as well! Junk!
Horrible. For a premium price paid upfront. The least you could do was to provide the service paid for. Then you have the nerve to say the phone doesn't ask for an unlock code? The phone clearly needs an unlock code or I wouldn't be asking for the service. PayPal dispute coming your way.
NO CODE after 8 days 24/7 Cust Srv is Not True By the sixth day, I tried to contact customer service via the app and online, but it continues we gave you the message that no one was available. Although I'm in the States, I called at various times just in case customer service was located out of the country. Nobody returned my calls or Outreach and I really would like my money back.
I provided all information and recieved unlock code. My phone is NOT unlocked. Representatives for dr. Sim imply it is my phone. There is nothing wrong with the phone. Just overall disappointing and no mention of a refund.
they just steal your money and they don't help you at all ...... I have emails that prove they only stole 26 dollars for a service that was never completed. please do not let them steal you as they did with me and look for something more reliable and give you guarantee that your money will be secured.

On 8/2019 I paid 47.00 to unlock my Note 9 Tmobile. They put software on my phone & a month later my phone is still NOT unlocked. I've tried using every sim card, I've tried registering my imei with the company & they say my phone isn't unlocked. I've tried putting in the APN & that doesn't work... C'mon I paid for a service & you did not deliver.
Definitely NOT the lowest price, most apps charge me 10 usd, these guys want 30! Scammers

Purchased the cable unlock service. Couldn't successfully unlock my phone. Tried telling me that my brand new, paid off, only used for one month phone had an issue and it wasn't their problem that it didn't successfully unlock. Refused to refund my money. Total waste of time and money. If they would be willing to refund my purchase price, I would recommend them, however if it doesn't work, they don't care and will find anything to blame to keep your money.
