MY PROFILE
Access and view over Order History, Products, Favourites, and Renewal of Land Lease applications.
LAND SEARCH
Search by entering the Landmarks, Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI) or by the selection of parcel lot. The user can choose to buy either the Cadastral Map Sheet at the scale of 1:1000 or/and 1:5000, or the printout for the Title or the Strata Title.
MAP VIEWER TOOLS
New interactive features developed to improve public users’ experience. For example, zoom by division, base map selection, and import KML to superimpose with a base layer for the overlay view.
RENT & PREMIUM
View Land Rent and Premium details, and make a payment for any outstanding amount.
RENEWAL OF LAND LEASE
Online renewal for land lease.
VALUATION SERVICES
User can compute premium charges (indicative values only) for land conversion under Application for Variation of Title Condition (AVTC). User can validate the land affected by Section 47 and 48. For example, the provisions of the Land Code pertaining to Land Acquisition in Sarawak.
SUGGESTION
Mobile LASIS will continue to improve innovatively by feedback from users. Public users are welcome to contribute idea through suggestion feature.

You ask to download the latest version of but try many time still cannot download & no update so I uninstall n install again, nothing happen, still can't log in.
even base map level are extremely lagging. its so hard to get a fast and accurate pin point on the overlayed Google map/google earth. Idea of the apps is great but the speed (refresh rate) needs to improve drastically in order for a normal land search.
Good app but very slow compared to the earlier version. Should add "Save login" to avoid the need to key in each time.
Please add in land size into the apps when we click on the land. It will be perfect with this additional features just like sabah land survey apps(JTUWMA).It's user friendly. Thanks.
The worst app in the world! It's very not user friendly. Whoever developed this app please improve it, or else just resign & leave the position to more suitable person. There are many others who more qualified & can do a better job
Very good app to check my property and potential area for future investment. The Google map under this app should be updated frequently to give the high accuracy.
This app is completely USELESS. After the latest update, there's no guest acc so u need to sign up an acc. But u can't cause it says "bad gateway"
Useful for quick view/reference but somehow for some areas, not really up to date. Overall is good
When a location is shared, the receiver can only redirected to playstore, asked to install LASIS despite he/she already has the LASIS app. Please fix, thank you.
Sarawak pay installed but during check out it shows sarawak pay not installed.
Old version is faster. Please add save login info. Or return back the Guest Login. Login is too slow

Poor apps. I forgot password and it doesnt help me to recover or send optional in my email. It keep telling me my ic no are in used. Please do something
Registration is free. Now, so much more free land information and services in the new release. Free checking of land under Section 47 and 48 (red lines) information on the amount of premium to renew land titles, distance measurement, area calculation, check land application status, etc.

After update, we cant logins as guest anymore. Useless apps.
Too complicated to register and to view maps now needs to signin unlike before

Unable to make any payment via Sarawakpay, despite many attempts to uninstall and reinstall both apps. Elasis unable to detect Sarawakpay and shows that it is not installed. Please kindly assist to fix this
