This app is literally the worst thing you can utilize. It takes years to load up, crashes frequently enough to loose sanity, and logs you out of the app anytime you switch to Google or Apple maps for than 10 seconds. It's a buggy mess that no amount of software updates can fix. Every day that I am forced to use this app for work I lose my sanity to the point that therapy will not help me.
Sometimes it freezes, then I close out, get back in and all the ti.e I spent adding notes, closing out jobs or adding jobs is wasted. It is frustrating. So much wasted ti.e when this happens. I've learned that 3 bars or less and it doesn't want to work properly, taking pictures of lawns takes 3 minutes. I could be closing out a job and going to the next. Other wise, when in full bars, it is great, quick, simple, user friendly.
Very frustrating to use. The geolocations are a joke, sending me halfway across town and causing a massive loss in production because of it. This latest update will not allow me to switch between day and night mode, and I still get constant crashes through the day. It makes my job a nightmare. I can't wait to uninstall this trash app.
I idea of this app and the possibilities are great BUT to take advantage and benefit from it, it NEEDS to work more consistently. The end of last season it seemed like a lot of kinks were worked out but the start of this season has been terrible. All updates are completed and we even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It really is holding our techs up and causing stress.
Absolute frustration. The ambition of the app seems to outstrip the developers ability to provide a stable product. In the course of a weekend it went from functional, if not perfect to a broken and frustrating experience. I have to keep force closing the app because it just freezes everything. It's corrupted my geo tagging and it's eating up battery like never before.
After recent update I had to down grade this to a 1 star. The app still goes through the server to pull customer data rather than from the device, when adding products the keyboard still dissapears after each letter typed, it still takes to long to load, we can no longer print efficiently, it still crashes. The only good changes i noticed were the OUTCOME in call logs is no longer invisible and the invoice if you can get one to print is shorter.

Unbelievable..... Call logs haven't been syncing correctly since April. They will only sync when you open your call log from the route listing screen. We we told the next update would fix it. The update May 14th did not fix it. We were told that bug was not addressed in that update. We were then told they were well aware of the bug and the next update is mainly for the call log bug. Well three and a half months later the update has finally rolled out. NOW THE CALL LOGS WON'T SYNC AT ALL.
Still awful. It's annoying enough to have your app lock-up countless times in a day. This thing locks up my whole screen, when it does so. If I'm lucky, the hard Google button on my phone will wrest control from the app and let me click my home button, but this is an problem that regularly costs me production time. It's bad enough that the app is bad. Why you gotta make my whole phone run like trash? I only have this problem with mobile live. It's not me. It's you. Ghastly.
GPS doesn't take you to correct address you have to manually enter every address. One out of every 5 to 10 properties it closes the app completely. For the price of this app, you need to fix a lot of things. I understand that you recently revamped everything but these are issues that should be resolved before release. Please fix this isn't acceptable.
The app is dependent upon having a wifi connection always. Once the connection is lost the app crashes or freezes causing delays of 2-3 minutes easily. Talking with customer service they say there is nothing they can do.
App appears to work well for me after my first day. Navigation was a little hard to get used to but once I got used to it it wasn't so bad. The load times were a little slow but not unbearable on my phone. Granted my phone is quite a fast phone. All in all the app works the way it should for me and is very useful.
The idea of the app is great, but only if it worked correctly. Consistent problems everyday which include being logged out, losing jobs that were scheduled, constant freezing, and the list goes on.
Always crashes. The navigate takes you to a general area but not the address ur heading too. Customer service claims its a Google maps issue but its not, I use Google maps to get to every stop and it takes me to the address not a GENERAL AREA like this app does.
New update is unusable and the excuse tech support gave is ridiculous. Very disappointed in a program and app we have spent thousands of dollars on since 2016 and now are unable to use. For the few days the app sort of worked basic functionality and changed features were unimpressive. Not happy at all Real Green.
It is terrible at routing it puts next door neighbors separate down the list has the houses on the wrong side of the street and when you complete the order it doesn't take it off the list. I have never experience a worst app
Keeps freezing and locking up so it logs you out. Will constantly up date route and not let u do anything. Maps take u to the wrong places and just gives u a address range sometimes. Will not retain route and crew settings.
Worst app i have ever encountered. Crashes constantly and every update creates a new problem. I wish there was any other option. How they are still in business baffles me. Constant source of headaches and aggravation.
App always kicks me out, and then won't allow me to log back in most of the day. freezes and crashes all the time.i waste more time on this app than actually getting to put down product most of the time
Very buggy and now it freezes on the sign in page and tells me theirs an error after a 10 minute wait of a frozen page. Was good in 2019 but 2020 is not the year for this app, its very slow just to tell you theirs an error
the new android update is an absolute mess. takes twice as long to navigate, and it is not user friendly. I'd give zero stars if possible. the app before the new update was great. please restore it.
This is without a doubt the WORST app I've ever had to deal with!! Crashes not just often but at least 10 times a day. Not to mention it freezes your screen up and makes you have to reboot your phone just to get out of the complications the app causes. The stress of dealing with this app is outrageous! Also it takes longer to close a job out than to do it! WORST app I've ever dealt with!!!
