I used to be a regular customer but seems like when I order through them the restaurants never get the order right
The service forces you to tip for bad delivery service and you have to pay the tip before the food is received. Avoid using these anti-consumers businesses.
The app works well, but I received horrible customer service. My order was an hour and a half late for a restaurant less than 5 miles from my work. When I called I was told there was a problem with the food and they had to go back to the restaurant to get the order right and that they would be there within 5-10 minutes. It delivered 45 minutes later. I sent 2 emails to the company and received no response. I will not use the app again.
This app has continued to improve with every update. It's actually almost easier to use than the website!
The app is great, but I have one problem with the service which is that the special comments on the items in my order are not always read. Example: Potato wedges from BWW can have queso sauce or shredded cheese. They very rarely request queso sauce as I put in the comments.
This website is easy to navigate and the app is great.
Our first order was from Jessie's Steakhouse in Brandon FL. The order process was very easy and fast. The food was here a little earlier and was hot, fresh and delicious! We'll be using this service again!
