Needs to have a visual cue as well. Preferably, the device's LED indicator would flash with the tempo. If that is not globally feasible enough for most device's (I have S3), then maybe a flashing area on the screen. The changing numbers is actually a little much to keep up with in your brain when you're trying to play and keep your own tempo, not to mention singing along.

The metronome will occasionally lose time while loading a new ad which makes it basically worthless; incredibly frustrating during intense practicing or teaching. Also, the content of the ads can be inappropriate. If it can't function properly as a free app I'm certainly not going to take a chance on paying for it.

Though the app sometimes serves its purpose as a repetitive clicking sound, most of the time it fails to do even that. This app constantly crashes on me when I click the "start metronome" button, which is the only button you would hope would work. None of my error reports seem to have been taken into account either.

An absolutely fantastic app that ruins itself with intrusive and disruptive advertisements that have basically rendered the app unusable. Every time I open it I'm immediately directed to some random app or game on the play store. I have no issues with advertisements on a free app content creators deserve to be paid for their work, but when these ads render the app useless it ruins the experience.

Everytime I open the app now it just opens up an advertisement in my browser and it doesn't stop no matter how many times I close it. If there were no advertising problems the app would be close to a five stars for me. It simple ans easy to use and has some nice features I would use but like I said I can't use it now so I had to uninstall it.

I've had this app for awhile and just got back into it recently. There must have been an unnecessary update because literally EVERY OTHER SECOND now the screen opens up the play store from an app advertisement on the metronome setting screen. Without touching the screen at all, the phone opens up the play store and shows me SimCity. ANNOYING

After a few minutes playing this app it stops and takes me to Play Store to try and force me to download something. When I go back to the app it instantly does that again. Which means I have to close the app to continue to use it. Since it fails to help the user for more than 3 minutes at a time, it's garbage to me.

I have to say, this is my favorite metronome app. The click regardless of what it is cuts through whatever in playing making it incredibly useful. However, the reason I'm giving it one star is the amount of ads on this app make it virtually unusable unless you cut off WiFi and data. I understand the producer needs to make a living, but this isn't how you do it. Take out the constant popups and this app will be amazing.

I've been using this app for years... Seriously years. But with this most recent update it is automatically opening up the Google play store without me clicking on the ad. I use this app daily in my teaching and now I have to exit out of the store in order to use the app whenever I need to change tempo or start and stop. I loved this app but it's becoming unusable and I'm going to have to uninstall. :(

The app works incredibly well and has a lot of the functions you'd want in a metronome app. I dislike the ads that sometimes pop the web browser open upon opening the app (understandably); I would likely still use the app despite this if it weren't for the amount of battery drained using it.

I use this app on my tablet, and I would like to ask You kindly to add the option: Screen Rotation. It could really boost the usage of the app if I didn't have to rotate my head for setting a new tempo. Highly inconvenient for a great app like this one. Please make it setable for Screen Rotation.

This app does its job well and offers tap tempo and manual tempo entry. Lately though the ads have gotten really bad, from flashing banner ads at the bottom to periodically bringing me to an app download screen for something I have no intention of installing. It can get really distracting when you're playing. I'm on the verge of uninstalling it if it continues to be a problem.

I loved this app for an extremely long time and it was the best mobile metronome I could find--being a percussionist it is a necessity to have one just about everywhere I go. Lately, this app has been opening up the google play store every time I use it, making it the most irritating app I've ever used. Having to close the play store and switch windows every time I want to change a setting, or having the store open while changing settings is too frustrating. I'll never use this again.

Fantastic metronome app. I use it all the time for practice, and it never turns me down. So simple to use, and yet very flexible. Only thing I lack is for the UI to flip horizontal and match my new nexus 7. Besides that it works perfect. Doesn't get in the way, just helps out in the background. Very nice.

This used to be a great app for musicians but now all it does is give me pop ups and takes me to random apps in the play store. I'm fine with ads at the bottom but for them to take me to the sites and spam me with "Congratulations! You've won... " is too far. App used to be 5 stars now it's 1.

If you're a REAL musician, you already know that metronome apps are notoriously inaccurate. That being said, this one is no different. I've been trying to find a metronome app that actually works, so I've been running them along with an actual metronome with both of them set to the same tempo, and at 168 bpm, this app was running both incredibly slower and having terrible inconsistency.

You can't even use this app with out pop ups you can't even back out of them because another one instant pops up. It's a good functioning app but the pop ups directly to the play store are horrible. I get having to serve ads on s free app but this pop up stuff is ridiculous. I'm uninstslling now. Too bad though I liked the app.

I used the free version for at least a year or two, but finally got tired enough of the ads to order the pro version. About a month into using the paid version, it won't open and all I get is an error message stating "unfortunately mobile metronome has stopped". I reported it and have received no response after two days.

I HATE the fact that my screen goes to my browser to open a stupid ad ever 3 seconds. Literally! Every 3 seconds. Even while I'm trying to change my tempo settings, my browser opens to an ad. I don't mind the little banner ad at the bottom but the screen encompassing ads are too much and I can't do anything in the app because of it. Not happy. At all.
