Very good app if you want to avoid long lines.Never had an issue with payments not being apply in a timely manner to any utility..convenient for top up.. I have no regret being sign up to use those app..
Very useful, one change i would recommed is for personal account ,there should be acces to store payment accounts info so persons to have to always a bill on hand to get the bill info for payment
This is a great app. It saves me time=monies. However it is out of date! I can not run this on my current i.e os. 7. And this is an outdated os.. come on gtt we need and update.
Sometimes it works great and another time it's crappy .Always telling you your internet connection is not valid and you have access. Fix it
Keeps saying no internet connection but I have excellent signal. I even tried *123# that is saying external error. GTT FIX IT!
Flaky. Kept getting that wallet is inactive even though I have money in it. I'm guessing this app hasn't been updated in years.
This app is in need of some serious attention, seriously it has been over 2 years and no updates. 03-03-2020 - after using this app for several weeks this app needs useful feature such as remembering or storing accounts that you pay, history of past payment.
Why do I keep getting "Unable to connect to the server eventhough I have quality internet"?? It's frustrating and I need to use the app.
I cannot get into the app..Because it's an old version and I have an A20 s phone and the app just won't update..
The system is a disaster! I can't pay my utility bills because your app.is not opening ,not working. Am I entitled to a rebate? I'm a senior citizen and am trying to STAY SAFE but you're not helping.

This app would have been much better if it had option of withdrawing money to your personal bank account. Most mobile wallet have used outside Guyana are like that. You guys need to continue updating the app with innovative ideas to make life easier for your customers.
