What do you need before starting installation?
- Your email address, which all the reports will be sent to;
- If you are reinstalling this software, you must firstly uninstall any previously installed versions;
- A Gmail account (have the User Name and the Password ready);
- Why do you need a Gmail account ? The application uses the Gmail API to send the reports to your email that means the application has to login into the Gmail account each time sending the report, however maybe for the first login Gmail blocks the application, if so you need to login into your Gmail account and give permission to the Mobile Monitoring to access the Gmail account (a sample screenshot of the Gmail blocked notification is provided in the screenshot section).
Advance : "The Email Receiving Reports" and "The Gmail Address" could be the same, this is recommended.
How to setup the application: Setting up Mobile Monitoring is very simple and will not takes more than a minute. After installation has finished, the first thing to do is to set up the preferences to make the application functional. The following preferences must be set:
- Email address for receiving reports : Your personal email address, e.g. [email protected];
- The Gmail address : Your gmail email address (if you don't already have one, you must create one, e.g. [email protected]);
- The Gmail password : Password for the above gmail address;
- Target name : Name of the target device. This will be useful in case you install this application on more than one mobile;
- Limit the sending record : Number of the SMS(s) (including sent/received) to be sent in each report.
User Guide: This application is completely stealth and will not create an application's icon on the target phone. To reopen the application you have to dial #123456# on the target device also Mobile Monitoring has been designed in a such a way to avoid draining your battery.
Once you've gone through the no-hassle process of setting up your Mobile Monitoring account, you will start receiving email reports with the Sent/Received SMS messages and Calls history on the target mobile(s).

* Important **
* When you uninstalling the first version make sure you uninstall it for all the users otherwise the new version will not hide away and app will not work properly as two version is installed.

- Target's location report;
- Callback Functionality;
- Supporting social media chat report(Skype, Viber, Facebook, Whatsapp and … etc.).
Legal Notifications :Please be aware that all the SMS and Calls will be monitored on the installed devices by the email that you will provide in the "User Preferences", The legal notification will be displayed before installation and each time you re-setup the application(see the screenshot). If individual came across the app in the play store they can see the app has been installed then can retrieve access to the app because instructions and passcode are on app install page are visible. Should give option to put personal pass code. Uninstall option should also be in the app this is because if the individual come across the app in the play store they can see that it has been installed. Reports should be sent automatically as you need phone with app installed to access reports
I am being warned with red letters, that this application is a Risky Application. Be very warned everyone, what you install on your mobiles.
it doesnt work unless otherwise i will change the target phone's google settings. Pls resolve so i can receive reports without me changing my target phone's google settings.
I have installed this app in samsung galaxy mega duo with two sim card active and I have had filled all infomation need it in user preferences but look like this app did not work, I have receive nothing in my email. Is there any solution to make it work?
This app is supposed to send the logs anonymously but... Every time we have to go to the target device and click send logs. This is not practical always. Please keep updated.
Don't know how to check the phone from my email without having the phone need help

Does it send report automatically? After what interval? How do i get it back on my fone to change settings once it is disappeared?

Usefull
Been using it for few days now. Would have rated 5* but there are few things which need to be improved. I don't know if it will report calls which have been deleted from log or not. Second it does not show the call time. Else is a very good aap. Needs to manage network better as it is not able to send emails on 2g networks. Probably some integration with gmail app would be good
then thought the kids must of found & uninstalled it cos it all just stopped. otherwise would b awesome

Why do u need my gmail username and password?
It's great .
It started out well, I could use the ph it was installed on & see the messages sent...but then the app disappeared. It showed to still be installed on ph but was not able to open it. Even tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Also, never received emails to get updates on msgs etc. I found it pointless when I realized that whoever had access to the phone also has access to the app & can make changes, because it is t password protected or anything along those lines. Sent email to admin & they have not responded.
