Why can't there be a set fee, it's like the more money you add the fee goes up. Or at least let it be know before you get all the way to the end and then have to start all over, because it will not let me save my cards!! I think it's just cheaper to go get cash at this point!!! 🤔
This app def needs improvements. Never saves my payment info, even thought I check the box every single time I load money to save it. If you push the back button on your phone instead of the tiny back arrow on the app, it makes you log in again. Also doesn't save your login info.
Website and the app need a lot of work. This does not constitute an MVP. Horrible UI which provided a bad UX. Website also has a bad UI which leads to poor UX. The app and site do not reflect the same under My Students, you also cannot pre-order in the app and must use the site but new ID's and we can only transfer in the app? Why even have the app at all? From my experience receiving a new student ID I can also tell the database is also, poorly coded. It is concerning to be honest.
Why no preorder? It literally makes no sense that that's the only thing you WOULDN'T include in the app. Since all school lunches are still free, there's no point to this app at all right now. There's also no way to see what you HAVE pre-ordered through the site.
Haven't used this account in awhile. When I went back on it forgot my screen name and password. The sad part there is no way to recover them. Even when you install and redownload it. This app stinks.
Absolutely horrible app. Just stopped working. Can't even get a password reset. Hope the school takes actual cash. If not, guess they'll be feeding my kid until mid June. Works for me
This app will not save my information even though I allow it to. it will not recognize my password or user ID it does not tell me which one is not correct. This one is not a good one.
The useless app to have, why have an app to control your child's lunch if you can order or cancel their lunch.

The app on my android samsung 8+ does not work. I tried first on my computer wasn't working. Message keeps popping up during login a security warning: to disable all 3rd party tools bars (Yahoo, Google, etc.) which I did and it is still not allowing me to login. So I decided to add the app on my phone and that is not working as well - same issue. Help
Every time I use the app, I always have to log in. Also, noticed my kid spends way to much for lunch. I wish there was a max amount per day so she can make wise choices.
Like others have said, it wont let me input my password. Obviously MSA cares nothing for technology since they made no strides to correct this problem. Uninstalled from my S3. Don't waste your time.
My child's school doesn't allow online adding of funds but I can easily see his balance. Much easier than going into a browser. I would like to be able to see his charges though.
This app use to work for me in the years past but this year it won't let me put in my information that I have been using to log in. Very frustrating!
When I called support on this problem I was told it was my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work.
I cannot see what my son has ordered for the month or to even order for the next month. Using the website on my phone doesn't work either.
it tells me mobile use is not enabled - seached for a way to enable the app but came up with nothing :(
I love being able to log on from the app and pay my daughters school cafeteria bill and in addition look to see what she has purchased.
Cannot order food. So what the hell was the point of this app!!! Come on people. Do a better job.
I don't understand the point of this app if I can't use it to preorder lunches. I will be uninstalling this.
Have installed and reinstalled 4 different times now,still will not show keyboard.
Easy to install, login and use on my HTC Incredible. I would give it five stars with two more options. First, I would love to be able to transfer between children, as on the website. Secondly, I will ditto the request for PayPal. Thanks for making managing these accounts easy on the run.
On my galaxy s2 with AT&T, this aPP does not open up the keyboard, so you can not type in password, or anything else for that matter. For now, this is completely USELESS to me. Please fix this!
I can't deposit funds through the app, and contacting support was a waste of time! "They're aware of the issue and working on it," must take a long time since I've had this problem since last school year!
I've been using the website for years but this just made it 10x faster and more convenient to deposit money into my daughter's account. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT APP!
Simple and convenient. Does everything it is suppose to do with all the features working correctly (Galaxy S5). No complaints yet!
The app works. I can add & transfer funds & view a short history of my 2 son's lunch purchases. I would like additional features like avg monthly or weekly spending for planning, for it to show more than a month or so of history and use Google Pay to make payments. Improvements: show current value of accounts on transfer screen, when in a field where only numbers are entered switch to the number keypad to make it easier to enter numeric values.
Works fine so far for me in android 4.2. Maybe an upgrade is needed to support older ones.
Useful for adding funds and checking your students balance. But to be a really useful app, they really should add the ability to preorder items for your student/child in the app. Unfortunately, I still need to go to the website in order to do that. If I still have to go to the website, the app doesn't really help me. For that reason, I will have to uninstall it. Add that capability, and I would reinstall in an instant.
