Very easy and very functional application. Good support)

Pretty good app, quite easy to use. Dev team, please implement native dark mode on API29 and provide the ability to hide your useless shop, it just worsens user experience and breaks simplicity and elegancy of the GUI. The app should have given a user an ability to manage services without any unnecessary distractions. Also I have 2 SIM cards and want to see all of them in one app or just via web representation, now it is not possible at all.

I couldn't use the app in roaming - it won't run without specific mobile network. I think it's really stupid to create an app which works only with one mobile network. I lost a lot of valuable time communicating with the operator via online desktop chat to solve my enquiry. And the app still won't work.

I'm glad i switched sim to Yota. It would be the best mobile operator, but app crashes every time. Able to open it, second or third time only.

I couldn't even register this sim card. The process is just a headache. It really shouldn't be this difficult! I tried many times, and now i am blocked I will throw this sim card in the bin. я не мог зарегистрировать эту симку. мы пробовали много раз даже с разными паспортами. Выброшу эту симку в мусор.

Yota is a good Phone provider in russia. I have TELE2, MegaFon and MTS sim cards. By compairing providers, Yota doesnt have fraud subscription. Yota havent any subscriptions. Yota havent roaming (except Crimea and Sevastopol, where you have a low price). But VERY BIG MINUS - Yota App is not a beautiful (by design). But App is VERY simple. Total - if you wanna visit russia, you should buy yota sim for a cheap price and support 3/4g Internet anywhere.

My network is not working at all, 6 kb/s speed what the hell is this? I m not been able to download even a 1 mb file. Is it a joke to recharge for 220 and 120 in a month only??? Your service is very poor i must say that.

Liberal and easy to mobile operator and internet provider. Sometimes the calls don't have a good signal but internet from this internet provider is the best.

I'm sorry but it's very stupid, I already have a sim card and all the options inside the app say "buy a sim card", well what if I already have a sim card !? Why can't I login like any other company, all the options are about buying a new sim card.

Best app in Russia 🇷🇺 with customer choice. Even though it's a small company they do their best to give customers satisfaction. I hope this never shuts down and I'm greatful to be a part of Yota Family. Edit: I hope the new update allows to share hot spot on unlimited internet. Edit 2: I can use hotspot with the speed available for phone by paying extra 100, hope that my region gets less than 100 mins for calling cause I need fever minutes just in case.

I had a good experience but it would be more lovely if the app had English as secondary language.

Well, if you live in Russia and use Yota, then it's a must have app. If you don't use Yota, then you don't need to download it.

Some updates have somehow fixed most of my issues , so I'm updating my review to 4 stars , well done yota

It's a nightmare to setup. Don't waste your time on this joke of a company. So many alternatives exist.
