Easy to use and allows me to collect payments at any time. We have used mobile pay for over a year now and Never had any problems. The only thing I wish I could do is see a Itemized list of all the sales from the month or year.
Takes too damn long for them to process the credit.
Place stole over $1000 from me and you can't even speak to anyone in the u.s. SCAM
Just a scam canceled my account now want me to wait 10days for a paper and return the device all because I answered a security question wrong. Don't use this app or the devices at all nothing but headaches and a waste of money!!!! I would give a zero if I could
Garbage, took me 3 days to set up account. Had 2 sales that I didn't see deposited into my account next day. After I called to find out what happened and they say first time users have a 3 day hold. Being wednesday of sales, I wont see my funds until Tuesday. If you dont care of customer service, then this is your place, otherwise stay away.
Just got this today and I'm about to return it because I couldn't create an account I think if is almost impossible create an account how hard it would be to use it?
We had no problems with them for 2 years, then they started taking large amounts out of our checking account. We did a sale in November 2018 and the amount has never been put into our checking account. I'm not sure what's going on.
