the swiper is not compatable with the Oneplus 6. manual entry works but no swiper.
Does not work with phone animations turned off. Tries to auto fill password into the pin screen and blocks the numbers.
GALAXY S6 Android Ver 7. Worked great until this last update! Now the app will not activate the scan function on my Woosom SC printer/scanner. It does operate the print function ok, and prints on the printer, just will not scan a card. We have to manually enter the card information.
Kills your ears if you put in headphones. Really need to fix that.
Second device and still doesn't work!
Too many times when I have customer sign a payment, the screen flickers all over. I must exit app to make it stop

Great app for business. But if you put in headphones with the app in the background an ear damaging noise will come through. This bug needs fixing asap

Can't log in. All I see is a gray screen.
My m8 HTC one, got an android update, this version changed, and now I cannot accept cards. Customer service said they would refer the matter to R&D, but I have heard nothing from them in over a month. They act like it is only the m8 that is doing this. Is there a phone that does work? I cannot even sign onto the account using the phone. It just gives a grey screen with a back bar across the top.
Worked great for 6 months with my samsung s4 active and a month ago when the app was upgraded it stopped working. Still works with iPhone.
Broke app. Couldn't run clients credit cards!

I was on hold for most of my call, bc their employee didn't know what I meant when I said I needed a new card reader bc my old one no longer recognized swiped cards. She only knew it by the word "jack" not "card reader". Are you kidding me?! So not only did my card reader, (or jack), stop working properly, but I had to pay for it plus shipping & handling to have it replaced. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
