I get to play maybe one out of ten hands, this app is terrible. I love the game on the rare occasion it registers any of my taps, but alas, that almost never happens because it fails to even display correctly 95% of the time. Seems like the developer does not even remotely care about all the people having issues with their app either.
Your crappy app cost me 2000 points and the lead tonight when it didn't register answers. Then other times it failed to acknowledge an answer until time was up leaving me guessing wether it took my response or not. Still other times it kicked me out completely. Something about a hash or whatever. Junk. Fix it or get rid of it. Thanks for nothing.
I used to use this app on iOS and it worked great. 5/5 on that. On android though I can't even login as I can't type my username which has an underscore (_). I see I'm not the only one to say this, but after months of people pointing this out and it still not being fixed I wonder if it ever will be.
The current version has a bug that prevents you from typing a symbol in the password field. Of course for good password security, I have one. It works just fine for the hardware players and thier website, but not this app. I even tried pasting it in from the clipboard, but it still wouldn't take it. If you have a symbol in your password you won't be able to use this app.
It freezes, doesn't log answers, logs out of the game and won't log in, is laggy, and generally slow to respond. I tried playing with my family tonight and they all used playmakers with no issues, but me with my phone was terrible. Please update the app so I can join in!
Doesn't work. Every other hand in hold em it stops working and forces a fold. Entire waste of time. Maybe they should hire developers from US instead of india. At least we know how to properly handle exceptions when polling.
Worked fine first time, although you must have gps on for it to work which further kills battery. Second time it would not log in "unable to log in to site list"
Very hit and miss. It's nice to have for when a restaurant forgets to charge their playmakers, but actually connecting with the app is about 50/50. It doesn't show game questions so if all TVs are busy, you're SOL. Basically, this app is a tease.
Always disappears and acts like i didnt hit a button which forces my hand to fold. Ive lost SEVERAL Winning Hands because after I bet...i cant do anything else until hand is over
Played bww lunchtime trivia, and the UI is terrible, the question doesn't get displayed on the device nor do the options, and once you choose an answer, you can't change it which puts you at a huge disadvantage...
Not only does this app lose its connection periodically when I've tried it, it doesn't tell you when it's lost connection, so you're waiting for a screen update that never comes. Really sloppy; hire better programmers
It works great - until it randomly decides to not take an answer, so you have to log out and back in, and miss at least 1 question, totally killing your score. Repeatedly, during the same game.
I downloaded the ap at bww and wont even let me sign in to play against other players. Bww invested money in a gaming at that doesn't even work. Kinda annoyed
There is nothing good about this app except being able to answer about 40% of the trivia questions about 10 seconds delayed.
This app used to worn for me then I had one visit recently where I was playing trivia and the game never accurately displayed the answers I was selecting. After awhile it was getting more and more inaccurate and eventually wasn't even showing the same question that the game on the tv screens was showing.
Very frustrating. In the middle of every game it will stop responding and you get timed out. You restart and it will soon happen again.
please look through your feedback and notice the HUGE number of people your app does not work for. As a developer, just seeing the limited functions the app needs to serve versus the 12 meg size of the app, it appears you need better developers.
Playing Texas hold 'em, stops showing your hand after a few rounds, makes it completely unplayable.
A few months ago I would have given this app 4 or 5 stars. But over my past 3 games of "Countdown" there have been an average of over 42% movie questions. It's no longer a game for the intelligent, but for couch potatoes. Just the way we are I guess.
