In the Middle of playing game locks up and now crashes at loading screen won't open even with fresh install. (Months later) Many updates have passed still no fix. Had an almost 3 year daily log in streak. Game was fun but can't even play. Seems like there paying for 5 star bots to boost review scores most 1 to 3 word answers all layed out the same way. Disappointing
What a waste of time. Tells you to go complete a task. WON'T let you do the task. Tells me i have 99+ guild things to do wont let me do any of them. Tells me to fight a Lvl 1 monster and there are no lvl 1 monsters to fight. Tells me to collect items then tells me NO MATTER what i do I dont have the items to finish NEVER MIND i have all the items. Tells me to upgrade Hero and talents but tells me i dont have whats required even though the damn game says to go do it. You're game is confusing.
Keeps crashing at login. Contacted support multiple times, but they've done nothing but say " We're working on it". It's been multiple months now since those responses and nothings been done about it. I have the Galaxy S21+ and its the only game I've had problems with. Deeply frustrated at the lack of brain power and laziness of fixing a simple bug.
Well latest update state android issues are resolved. Well they aren't. I updated 29 March 2022. I managed to get into the game earlier. Had issues where it is glitchy, freezes and I get kicked from game. I wrote an earlier review. When to log in and now I cannot get back in. I get as far as the game start and then get booted out. I have tried 12 times to log in IGG. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't get back into the game. I have played and spent money in this game. FIX IT.
Following the latest est update, game data wiil not load on my Sumsung Tab E. Igg has not been helpful in resolving problem make suggestions like use different device, etc. This is completely unacceptable. I only have this Tablet to play on and cannot afford to purchase another device. Like I said the game was working just fine before latest update
This is not normally my kind of game but the graphics are elegant and beautiful, the action is quick, everything is sharp and clean and theres nice additional touches that similar games dont have, like the dragon. It's a nice game to play with enough to satisfy, a difficulty level to intrigue and a good deal of support in play.
The game is quite enjoyable; typically, however, since the latest Android update, the game is completely unplayable. After contacting support, all they say is "they are working on it, but they do not have an eta for a repair. It has been several weeks now, and all they have offered as recompense are a few crystals. Terrible customer service, and I hope they correct the game and offer a much, much better repayment for those affected; I am deeply disappointed by this.
App doesn't work on some Android 11 & 12 devices. Bug has existed for months and the devs response is "please wait for a fix". Even if a fix was provided now, after so many months, the lost progress, missed events, & loss of resources or troops will set your account back so far it might not be worth playing anymore. In response to constant support tickets the game devs asked us to find other devices to use. This is an extremely poor response given the "micro" transaction profit this game earns.
The chat option should be opened earlier, the 3d models should be more clearer and more realistic. Hope this may help This game is better than average MMORPG but not the better one
Game USED to be amazing. Fun. Great Graffics. But since the last Android update. Game doesn't load. Customer service's solution was buy a new device. And comp'd me 5k in gems for 3 years of coining and struggling. A month and haven't been able to log in. And new device... I'm using a Samsung Note 10+. Fix your app. Not that it'll get me to play again. IGG is the worst... Rest in Rice MOBILE ROYALE.
Played for over a year and since the last Android update game will freeze before it even finishes loading. Contacted support and was told to clear memory cache. Uninstalled and cleared cached dozens of times and still no dice. My old tablet though can load it fine, I play this when I have time I am not hauling around an old tablet just for this . Annoyed that this has been going on for 3 weeks and igg still hasn't fixed this issue.
While the game itself is fun it becomes highly unstable for Android users. After more than two years playing the game, I am now regularly unable to log into the game despite being on the latest mainstream Android hardware and latest Android OS. When I am able to access the game it often crashes. Support communications are highly scripted and dismissive. Android users should beware of this game until the company makes more of a commitment to Android OS system stability and reliability.
I've played for 3 years now and had a good time, but recently i purchased a pack and should have gotten extra rewards as it was not stated that this pack did not count towards extra rewards points. When speaking to support all they keep saying is sorry for the inconvenience, but that pack doesn't count even though it was not on the list of packs that do not qualify. The game was fun, but the customer support was horrific and i do not recommend playing or supporting any IGG games at all.
Good game, been playing for over 2 years and as a ftp player it is still good and challenging. If your going to spend to become strong then it will cost you a lot. Trick is as a ftp player is that accept you will always be a filler and dont train too many troops thus saving speed ups for when your zeroed for quick recovery.
It may be a good game, who knows. The game loads, plays for a short time and just closes on its own. Don't waste your time

Been playing this for years and now half the time I can't get in. Or I'll be playing and it crashes. My guild is probably going to kick me out for letting my shield expire so much. What a waste to get so far and now pretty much I've given up on it.
just back from playing, was busy in pc mmo. crashes are frequent and its not a enjoyable experience, Im kinda glad that my account is still here, but I hope you optimize your game. And the slap to buy this buy that is way aggressive, tone it down. untill the game is fine, 1 star will be the rate from now onwards.
I cannot log into the game with my galaxy 21 it doesn't make since since my dinosaur galaxy 8 was working fine. The best this sht¡t customer service could tell me is wait for their update. Meanwhile everything I spent money on to build is destroyed. I learned many people are having the same problem but customer care isn't important to igg evidently, so if you decide to try this game, please keep it in mind
This game used to be a lot more fun and more approachable. However, with every update they change aspects of the game to making it harder to advance, causing the player to have to commit to paying more money to achieve what they used to for free. Now it won't even play. It gets stuck at "checking version" and never starts.
A long, mandatory tutorial doesn't allow for seriously trying the game. The guided journey is tedious. There are nicely made cut-scenes and a pretty city with a main castle to level, barracks, hospital, and a number of multiple buildings to level such as farms and mines. There's plenty of pop-up dialogue to read which doesn't add to a narrative. The tutorial is free yet the game is pay-to-win. The game is as unique as its title.
The first two weeks, everything was new and exciting, and the graphics is amazing. I really loved the game. But after playing for a while, it becomes boring and repetitive. there are only two events which are hell and regular. and that's it. I hope that the developer will add more features to the game, like more creatures, more types of army, etc. and ofc more events.
Love this game, I just wish that when you upgraded your empire it would start to look better. Even if it was a small improvement every 5 levels. It would make me more excited to level things up and little decor items we can place around our empire (pot plants, benches, lamp posts), allow us to make our empire our own a little bit. Instead of us being all stuck with the same generic screen.
I am pleased with the new game. It is entertaining at the start but this is before the grind begins. If anyone has questions about progression, ask me. I will continue playing this game and update anyone who asks on what it is like. I would recommend to the developers to include more of the 'special deals' packs. I don't always like spending 6.99 but have no problem spending .99 regularly. The heroes are interesting and the graphics are beautiful. The campaign story has captured my attention.
The graphics are good in the inside, however the graphics outside can be improved, the landscape is so far quite good, however the look of the castle and guild buildings can be bigger. As of the inside, the gaming experience will be much better if the 3D looks of the buildings is inproved such that we can view the buildings in a 360 degree angle. The game can also have more types of soldiers. The campaign is great and this game is quite fine.
Terrible game that lags. I would say its unplayable, but that would be an understatement; you have NO CONTROL over your character. They just charge at an enemy and then their icon lights up for you to trigger their ability. The game basically plays itself with you doing minimal input. It feels like you're playing, but you're not. Don't waste your time, try Union League; it's smaller, doesn't lag and even has pvp; most importantly you can control your characters.
