Good App. Everything readily accessibly. Wish I had the ability to hide the balance of 1 of the accounts though. I do better when I dont readily see what is in savings. Also the available balance NEEDS to be the 1st balance listed on top and highlighted. This has caused several problems and confusion as well as overdraft fees but hey maybe that's their goal lol.

The app itself is easy to use and convenient. However, it quit working on my Android phone. Said the app was incompatible with my device. So 2 stars deducted for that. I'm not buying a new phone just to be able to use the mobile app. Stuck with doing stuff from the website the long way.

User friendly. Easy to use and navigate. One issue which can be improved is the check deposit recognized features, it usually takes two to three tries to get it work. Overall, i am happy with the apps.

I have been banking with SFCU for 10 years plus. My experience has always been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite with any of my banking needs. I deposit checks online with no issues and I handle all my banking with the app. I rarely if ever need to physically go to the bank. My kind of credit union.😊

Almost annoying with how secure it is, but that's good! You have to log in every time you try to open the app, and it will automatically log you out if you leave it open for a while without doing anything. You can cash checks and move money around in your accounts with no problem.

It's a wonderful app it works great I do alot with it but sometimes it acts wierd and wont let me view my quick balance little window you got for your screen and you have to go back and keep trying to log in but just sometimes so I give it a 4 star rating only because of that but still a vital part of how I move my money around and I love it

Mobile Check deposit part is glitchy and almost always take multiple attempts...even with good direct lighting. Wish we could more easily add nicknames to accounts and upset that the Credit cards are outsourced and no longer show the balance here.

Write "For SFCU Mobile Deposit Only" instructions pop up, disappear before I can read them. Have to do browser search for FAQ. Once that is written under back endorsement, app asks, "Can you clearly see For SFCU Mobile Deposit Only?" Shows you the front of the check to confirm. When you... when you had to write it on the back. Haha what. Also doesn't save password, only username. LET ME BE UNSAFE IF I WANT. Wanted easier account access. Browser saves passwords, so the app makes it harder. Sigh.

Worst credit union I've dealt with. Ever. Can't make cash deposits unless going thru savings (which no one ever told me to do), overdraft protection doesn't work until a YEAR later, not many branches so you have to drive 20-40 min away to get to one. Put my wrong zip code in so I couldn't make online purchases or pay bills. TOO MANY PROBLEMS. Will be closing this account this week, it's utterly useless. Mobile deposits place an unmentioned 5 business day hold. I hate this bank with a passion!!!

SFCU removed credit card payments from the mobile app. Poor planning. Poor customer focus. New credit card sponsor selected by SFCU requires a separate application and is more difficult to use. What company focused on client experience has the customer manage two accounts when for years they had a unified solution?

Constantly dropping my login info and fingerprint login. Try to reset password and it says password already used. You need to do better. This is the ONLY app I have constant problems with.

Bill pay disappeared. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Bill pay is now showing but unavailable. App also didn't take my latest login information after forcing me to create a new password. Really buggy.

not as functional as i first thought. can make cash deposits with my atm card only into savings then have to transfer to my checking. very inconvenient. also i deposited a check via the app and they put a one week hold on it.. it was only $50 very frustrating.. so far not very happy with this bank

Initially easy to use. Suggest putting endorsement info up front. Then...they changed it. More difficult to make deposit. Directions not clear re endorsement. And camera a pain.

I use apps for most of my accounts and this one is great. Easy to navigate, accurate, and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Accounts function rarely works. Mobile deposits are more difficult than other bank apps. Connection to mortgage information never works correctly.

They give instructions on what to write on the memo line of the check after the picture is taken. Duh. The auto picture taking is bad. Let the user click after he/she is satisfied.

Not only is the bank itself great but the app makes it super easy for anything I need. Depositing checks, transferring money, so on and so forth.

Charges to transfer my own money and charges to take out money from an ATM. I feel like I'm being charged to use my own money. BUT, considering I dont have a choice the app is more handy than using my gas to go to the bank or being on hold to make transactions. From that perspective, it's handy.

Always have a smooth use. the app works gorgeous. have never had an issue with the app, the ATM on the other hand is another story.

Now won't let me deposit checks any longer just freezing up when trying to take picture. I have moved most of my money already this is probably our last draw with this bank just getting rediculus. Updates to account are days slow and now the app doesn't work correctly.

Excellent and easy. The convenience of this app is amazing. All my financial needs are available at my fingertips. Very secure.

Love it I can deposit, transfer. Share, do everything from this app it fast safe and secure. Saves me a lot of time to do other things than stand in line in the bank. Thank you Sharanview.

I downloaded and reinstalled this app a dozen times and it will not open, it keeps stopping while trying to open, my phone system is android 8.0.0. Any suggestion would be appreciated? Thanks

Signed up for paperless when I loaded this app. I am still receiving paper statements. That is $3 a month for the past few months. How can I get this taken care of? The app is great otherwise.
