Requires a password every time it is opened, there is no option for pin or finger print. Also, the app crashed 14 times in a week behind the scenes on my phone and my phone flagged it. LEARN TO PROGRAM!
it's okay to access transactions but is very crappy when taking picture of receipts to submit; the picture resolution is very grainy and un-viewable. The apps never let you view the uploaded of receipts picture to be sure of your submission is good.
It won't connect to internet. I've tried both WiFi and mobile data
This thing needs a lot of work. Compatibility is very low. It didn't really work with my iPhone and it crashes a lot with my Android
This app has only worked once. It says something is wrong with my connection. It's already a hassle to use my FSA, and this makes it worse. Wish I could have my money back from my FSA account and just forget about it.
I constantly have trouble logging in and when I go to my transactions, it keeps saying there is a problem with the app. How am I supposed to use this app efficiently if it isn't going to work right?
frustrating already have account set up just wanted to be able to access it on my phone but it won't take my info to sign in . keeps saying to contact my administrator.
This app is very unstable with constant crashes and frequently won't open.
Privacy issues - you have to give Summit access to all your files, camera, video and microphone. What? With my finances? You can't justify needing the invasion into my privacy.

IT'S TRASH! This app just keeps locking up & kicking me out when trying to access alerts! It's a joke & so is the help!
