This app is amazing. Being that I just starting out as a small business this app is easy to use and very helpful. It keeps all my clients, invoices and services all organized and they also have a card reader to accept CC payments. They are easily available and respond quickly to issues and are always friendly.

So yhe idea behind this setvice is brilliant. Yhat said yhere are a ton of glitches yhat need to be fixed. While its fast and convenient,its also full or errors. So if u have time to fix it all the time then its an amazing app.

Today's update makes pictures uploading a cluster. Loading times seem way longer. And I find myself with 3 seperate invoices when I'm trying to keep 1. Seems to be instantly creating them once I click add to invoice. Please revert back to previous version.

Honestly the best app I've used for detailing. I've used pen and paper, fb appointments, and square. This is by far the best. Super easy to give quotes and book appointments while on the field

Horrible for Android operating system. TONS of glitches. Have to re-input part or all of the estimate on a lot of the time. Doesn't save photo's the first time most of the time. VIN scanner rarely works. Very frustrating. 6/18/19 Updated app twice now and it's even worse. won't save pictures. Have to take 1 pic get out and go back in over and over to get them to save. Very Time consuming app.

This app is changing the game!! Interface takes some time getting used but that's because the ridiculous amount of services it offers! Great price, staff always ready to assist me when needed. There's a card reader so you don't have to invest in one of the more expensive ones. I would recommend this app to anyone starting up a small business venture or the chiseled veteran who's been in business for years. It will change the way you handle business for the better.

Makes the job quick and efficient. From making estimates to closing invoices and getting paid, the whole sales process is easy so I can upsell and focus on doing the work. Invoices look really professional too! I wish I could save the vehicle info to the client's profile after a job, and it could be optimized better for tablets, but these don't take away from how great this app is.

used to be a good app. but apparently they would rather make a pretty looking app that doesnt f@*&ing work. i have to redo estimates 2 or 3 times. it crashes constantly, does not display properly, has tons of glitches. dont waste you time or your business' time and money on this. fix your app or give me the old version back. I have both ipad and Android, both with the newest update.... im honestly about to contact my lawyer and go after them for my wasted time and resources..

Excellent for hail estimation. The process can be done more quickly and accurately.

Doing PDR for a living, this is a Very user friendly app that's packed full of much needed features. Excellent customer service makes this a "Win, Win!"

A must have to estimate, invoice with before and after pictures, receive payments. The app has built in pricing for hail damage. Has features which make you money, like adding for aluminum panels, blocked access, r&i panels... It also shows how much the repair would be for traditional body repair and provides comparisons for replacement parts. The customer service is there when you need them to help you get up and running smoothly. Add your bank routing number and start making money!

Was hoping for a good detailing invoice. But this is not it, it offers you to select a year, make, model, engine. But the problem is when you press on one it says your time is expired please log in again and erases everything you have done. On the year will not even let me select the year so I can select the model. Worthless

Excellent app for Paintless dent repair and Hail technicians. No doubt great for other smart repair professionals too but I only use it for hail/PDR. It's fairly intuitive and without doubt helps me to make more money! Only down side is that you need a data connection to do pretty much anything. Monthly subscription seems steep but still value for Monet as it earns me more than it costs me. Would like to see a discounted annual subscription.

There are only a few bugs, but they are SO annoying. I would love an email to send issues to (android versions) delete all notes when sliding cursor to end of text, email contacts "invalid command" message when trying to delete contacts causes force close, when adding contact to client contact does not add however all clients marked for email READDED instead.

A few days ago I was frustrated with the app because I was confused with setting the it up [ex. converting from estimate to work order to invoice] Now I've gone through the tutorials it makes sense. This is a very good app for an auto detailing business Thanks for the extra tutorials with videos 😀

Exceptional app for my PDR services! It saved me from doing a crazy hail job that needed to be conventional repair on most panels. Very professional looking when sending estimates. You can tell they put ALOT of time into this app for us mobile technicians always on the go. If I could give it more stars I would!

I find myself having to force stop the app every time I open it because it gets stuck during the initial launch. I love the ease of use, but getting stuck in "loading mode" for minutes on end when I need to get my customer finished up is tiring. MTRX is fantastic otherwise.

This app is absolutely amazing. It takes a lot of the guess work out and puts direct information right in front of the customers. Everything has been so thoroughly thought out. I love it. Its made working with customers so much easier as well as making it easier for me to communicate with my detailers.

Been using this for over a year, it's really helped me get off the ground, it's user friendly and allows me to write the estimate the way I want it done as compared to Mitchell, ccc, add whos system is built for the insurance industry.... Also the Tech Support is the best i have ever seen,just good ole everyday people that understand.... I gave a direct line to Katie,shes saved my tail more times than I can count.... Helps me close my month out... Tech calls... She's the Best! Highly recom

This app is great! I have been using it for a few months now and have seen an increase in cash flow! I always struggled trying to price jobs, and I felt like the price I charged varied so much from job to job. Now I can type in the factors to get a better quote and have the whys to share with the customer. The team is great and have reached out to me several times for training and tips. If you aren't using this app you are missing out!

An amazing app that they have decided to ruin. almost everyday brings a new bug. At this point the app is completely unusable for daily business. I do not recommend running your business on this app at all. Updated again on 6/21/19 and its even worse again. I simply cannot understand how you have managed to completely ruin every single function of this app. This is a complete joke at this point and in no way should it be considered as a viable software option for a pdr tech.

Having an issue with the add ons all populating when you choose one add on. Just recently started happening. Otherwise a very useful tool for the body shop.

Mobile Tech is going to be the best thing that ever happened in this industry.

Fantastic app. Does everything I could expect and more. Has been extremely profitable, recovered the yearly cost in one week. Makes sales a breeze too.

So far so good. Great idea for an app. Very helpful. Lot's of freedom within the app to change and edit buttons and prices. Love the app

App will not run with my Samsung Note 10+. Opens and crashes instantly. Other than that works great on my old phone.
