What is going on with the app. It worked so good for the past year now I can't log in on the app or the web page. What is up with it???
I wish there was an option to log in with your email if you can't login with your phone.
App says request invalid. Convenience of app was great. Please fix.
The newest update looks horrible should just leave things alone.

Easy to use
I had my account for a long time. I just closed it after never having this be a problem and being told "thats just how it works" from the main branch manager: I've been making transactions and taking care of any fee when it's my fault. However recently I was charged overdraft fees for transactions that were pending and that never went through. While trying to take care of the problem, the manager told me that this is my responsibility and that they refuse to pay back any of the overdraft fees.
It would be nice to have the option to use biometrics to quick log in. When I try to get it set up it just spins like its thinking and never does anything. I had it on old phone but now with the new phone (same exact phone) it won't allow me to use the biometrics features.
I'm irritated with this app, and with the Gerber website in general! Most of the time it refuses to let me log it, I get an error message that says connection failed. It's not my internet that's the issue, I've tried on several Wi-Fi connections and with several different devises. It's irritating, I wish your app and Website were more reliable.
Everything is INPUTED CORRECTLY but keeps on saying add input wth!!! Truly annoying. .an norma in fremont sucks! !
Never let's me log in, keeps saying password or system failure, needs to be fixed asap, or I'm not recommending to anyone!!

The app is terrible I haven't been able to log in for the last five days!!! I contacted the credit union and they haven't been able to help me fix it yet.
Not working again. When it does work, it is alright, but it is down a lot.

Cant get it to load.... Its so irritating
It never lets me log in. I have to uninstall and the reinstall the app before I need to use it.
When I try to enroll it just says it need input.
This app only works half the time for me. I constantly am "retrying" the login process and it won't even let me log on. Also, why does the app need access to my camera..
Agree with others that an intergration with mint would be ideal.

This app is one of the best apps they could have made
I have spent my entire career in Information Technology for a large Midwest-based bank and I would never have released such a flawed application to my customers! I have struggled with this app from day one!!! I don't like to bank with the bank where I work, but going to go back or somewhere else where the consumer technology is reliable. This is ridiculous and GFCU seems to lack the technical expertise to address it.
It worked for so long and was so convenient, but now I can't even log in...? Something is wrong with the app now and I don't want to give up on it but I'm tempted.
