App is not easy to operate. It must be made simple and easy. 1) Money paid online to book ticket but tickets not booked shows "Error". Towards Refund of money for Tickets not booked, no sms or email is sent to us. 2) Ticket booking online App should be easy & simple, it is tedious. 3) Position of Coach & Platform number must be indicated clearly. 4) On your App Passengers complaint coloumn must be there, which must be acknowledged. 5) Train Time Table for all Trains must reflect easily.
What is bad creditial.? In spite of all intelligent approach login is not found user friendly...
very bad. Unable to go forward after passenger review. Time waste app. The biggest railway network having more than 150 years history is failed to facilitate e-ticket booking via mobile app. This is introduced for name sake but practically, not permitting to book ticket. But when trying for tickets via private apps..., successfully redirecting to railway e-ticketing server, collecting extra charges from passengers. If u have much love on private agencies..., plz wind up this kind of apps.
Only for advertisement , nothing smooth for tickets booking.
The worst app.. They will just take ur money and dissper there is no ticket only amount get deducted from account... And no complain number nothing... Don't trap ur self don't install this fraud app..

Very bad . Request not to ever download the app. Booked a ticket but due change in programme want to cancel it . Trying for last two days but all in vain as the cancel ticket option does not open and the ticket went no show.
Very confusing application. I have tried to book tickets , amount was debited before login with my id which is not correct. I'm hoping that I will get money refund.
Very poor app. Train are not listed on timing wise. Earlier version was more user friendly. No clarity about when we should log in.
It's a very poor app. At the time of booking, it's process backend amount deducted from account. But no ticket booked.

Rubbish, useless, scrap... I am trying to book the ticket from last 12 hours, but invain... Its frustrating.... Plz improve it. Other app are billions of time better then this type of scrap.
Lot of disturbance like adds Amazon etc while attending for booking through irctc app. Could not booked we have to start several time due to adds appearing during the booking tome unable to remove the same Frustrated due to this add and could not book tickets

it should be more improvement so that everyone can use easily.options should be more increase. i am so happy IRCTC facility and i want to that IRCTC will be perfectly sites.
very very user unfriendly. I have nevr come across such an app where you cannot log it to the web page for your requirements aftr booking tickets.
App is neither going forward to book the train ticket nor serching the train even if it is available and running daily. Developer not feeded train informations correctly befoe launching the app.I complete info.
Worst app don't feel like giving even one star . IRCTC I'd password and confirmation is needed for ever thramsaction and it takes lot of time as IRCTC website is very slow n useless
For personal experience before Lockdown it,s was very useful for us but after Lockdown I am not able to journey anywhere now but hope in future will became this app for me as a best friend.
Very bad experience, I booked train ticket yesterday morning with LTT GARIB RATH ( 12202) from Kottayam to Kasargodu with 3A, money deducted from my account but no ticket received yet. I checked my booking but nothing showing. I can provide my bank statement for the proof of transaction. Could you please organise return the money
Worse aap which I seen ever it's not allowed to book tickets and simply show the add and after refreshing the app it ask again login details this app make people fool they playing with their feelings I'm removing the from my from my phone
Wrost app, showing wrong statuses of trains, because of this app I missed train and I doesn't attended exam, bye to this app going to uninstall.
I should give you no star but I don't have a option of no star, if you guys don't want to give service properly then why you are developing the apps. Very Disappointed
This app need to improvise, no update is current, you basically can't relay on this as I face lot of difficulties.....

Higher fare charge..booking doesn't go through..lost money in the process. Only download irctc rail connect app.This is probably bogus.
