Personal features require subscription to Enter.UniCredit online banking. Enter.UniCredit as well as Mobile.UniCredit are free-of-charge services. After some time of client inactivity in personal part, session is closed automatically.Just click the standard Android “Back” button being on the main screen for exit from the application. If you are already subscribed to Enter.UniCredit, use the same login and password in Mobile.UniCredit.

I would love to put 0 star but it is not possible. This is the worst app and bank I faced in my life I even couldn't use my own money due to the longest process of changing pin and the operators are the worst ever they like to not answer or change call to other operator even chat does the same, the office couldn't handle my problem no one wants to give clear answer wouldn't recommend any one to use the services of this bank. It is nightmare...
Over all the app works very good. But selecting the date of birth while receiving your password is a headache, you have to slide all the months back to get your date of birth. If you are 32 years old you have to slide 384 month to get to the year of birth day )!!!!!. Please have a look at it and make it easier.
Far too complicated. Was trying to transfer money to another bank, the app asked for a reference number which I was never given and don't know where to get it. Ended up having to go to the actual bank. Also you can't change the language once you've chosen it when downloading the app.
Extremely useless interface. Junior developer homework assignment project, but you have to use it. There are professional applications in the world with helpful interface. You need to take them example Unicredit
Can't login after latest update by fingerprint. I have screen fingerprint and the app just lagging (session closed session closed session close login session closed...). Xiaomi mi9se
Has English interface. Tha5s thw huge plus. Limited compared to yhe other bank apps. UX design could cw done better.
Very good app, it is improving over time, very good banking experience as well with UniCredit
The app itself is good. I like that English language is supported in app and telephone support.
