This has to be one of the most user unfriendly app that I have ever used. After years of complaints by users, management still fails to see how bad it is. I don't remember how many times I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to log in. I think TM should just fire the whole app development team and create a new web version of the app instead. I hate having no alternative to check my data usage when the mobile app is down. I think having a web version will help tremendously.

Lousy apps. Everything depend on the apps, no dial up whatsoever option. Stuck at the splash screen, always under maintenance for few days. Of course we doesn't expect this kind of service from a huge company with decades of experience 🙄 😒

Hi, can you send message if my monthly data plan is expired so I can avoid using the other lte data. When I run out of the other lte data, I can't purchase the monthly data plan because I can't access the app without Internet connection. So please send push messages or in app notifications that tell me when my monthly data plan expired. Please update this because after this, I'll lodge a complain with MCMC. Thank you.

Tried to subscribe to try it out. But the app keeps crashing when trying to get a simcard (after selecting the number) - with no explanation, no error message. Most companies want to make the 1st experience at least a good one, so this is quite shocking. It's like you hate having new customers 😂. Looking at the reviews it seems this is a recurring problem. How much business did you lose from this bad app? If this is the service under Unifi, I kind of dodged a bullet. Beware fellow consumers!

Can you add feature to auto subscribe to a particular plan.. or auto reload when balance drops below a certain value. Very annoying when it forces you to update the app and at the same time your internet pass already expired. At least give out a notification saying that how many days left before the plan expires.

Everything bad with this app. From the UI to the customer support. Totally bad. Unusable. Keep on pop up with "oops this is awkward" message. Their so called 24hours support is bad. Giving me a half assed solution then disappear. If you go to other window you have to restart the support conversation.

This is the worst app to ever exist, and it is the essential app for mobile unifi. How on earth every release will have the same issues? Judging by the comments, I am not the only one having similar problems. It baffled me how low their quality benchmark was on every releases. Every month, I dread the idea of having to reload and buy a data plan because of it. The issues: 1. Unable to log in 2. Prompt error “oops....please try again" 3. Only load splash screen. So far this is the only way to buy data plan online or is there other way to do it online? If not please setup another online options for user since this app keep on having issues.

Slow internet connection so no point switching from one sim to another. Also so difficult to open the app, always stuck at the logo, just to topup which is very damn limited. Definitely changing to another telco.

Unifi is a big company. But why ? Why ? Can't you manage your apps properly ? I believe that this company have more than 500 employees. Every time I'm trying to use this app. I have to log in so many times. The app keep failing at facial recognition. I need to register 2 simcard in order for me to get back my wrongly terminated numbers. I tried to register using 3 different smart phones but all 3 have the same problem. It failed at facial recognition. I need urgent assistance on this matter as I have only 1 more day left to get my number swapping done. Please assist.

Really disappointed by the experience and service. I wonder why 4G LTE data can only run up to 400mbps in my area, and most of the time, it just showing signal is E in the area this year (it doesn't have any Internet connectivity then). Last year, everything was fine, although the Internet speed was a bit unstable... Please improve!!!!! Besides, please allow us to reload the money besides the value shown in the system, and allowing us to transfer credit to other parties!!

Absolutely terrible!!!! Take years to keep login again and again only to be met with "this is awkward, try again" <-- and no explanation whatsoever. Unreliable service and coverage as to certain places in the city couldn't even have proper connection, let alone rural areas. Press help also useless because you can't even login. The only good side is cheap. Please improve the service and app

Worst application I've ever seen. I've selectd a sim number for delivery or activation, but I'm unable to proceed to the next session since the system does not show the number I selected. Even if you try it several times, the outcomeremains the same. Then the verification ID took too long, wasting my time when all I wanted to do was obtain the simcard and activate it. It's not worth it! I hope you can come up with another option so that anyone may go in and get a simcard, especially prepaid. TQ!

Stupid app design & terrible team that deleted my review!! The app forced users to scan IC & get info by inaccurate OCR system, read my name wrongly but not allowed me to amend it. I have to go to tmpoint office to correct it!! and yet, it's need another 24hrs to get things done!!!! (yet... Need to see how 24hr later...)

Im totally angry!! More than 15 times already i tried to log in. Failed at the facial recognition. Whats wrong with this app!???? Regarding the recognition, YES 4G MORE WAY BETTER!!! This is my first time buying unifi simcard. The coverage is okay in my place but sometimes its get problem. How to check my balance? All of the info said to check on the app. But its useless. This is the worst app i ever used. I think i should not wasted my money on this. Im really pissed right now.

If can, i would like to give 0 star. After the recent so called system "upgrading" from Tm, the app is so lagging, always auto logout, click every single thing also keep loading for years and most of the time failed! It seems like to get there by one click need a very good luck! Im so reluctant to reload my acc as I worried it would be forever loading and ended up stuck in nowhere! I appreciate if TM could check on this problem asap……tq Update (10/1/22)- problem still the same, useless app

Very disappointing app. Keep loading, slow to open and keep showing that I have to update into the new version but when I click, it direct me to the playstore and it shows 'Open', which it means that my version is already updated. But when I open it shows the same thing. Please do something to upgrade or improve this app. Very dissappointing.

The suppose "help" you ask me to get is utterly useless... The especially the live chat as just circle back to installing the mobile app and do the unusable verification system again. Do you even read your replies? Also I've quit social media, so don't bother pointing to your social media platforms.

App do not have feature check call history and SMS history (At least last 30 day record). Sim balance being deducted for SMS but i not send any SMS and no history on mobile sms log. Call you customer service report, the answer always sorry to heard that, no solution at all. Customer service cannot tell the SMS send to what mobile no as the mobile number being masked.
