Erased all data without warning. Lost Images took for work purposes. Evethough reduces time, would not recommend to anyone. Can be used for checking work email and teams app. I would not use this app from today.
Terrible app for work. Firstly the need to put in a password for any function.. even if I just move to another screen and come back to an app, need to put a password. Forget about checking or responding to work mails straightaway anymore. No inclusion or sign of inclusion of phone biometrics. Whereas personal identity apps like bank apps accept biometrics.... This is a failure and since adopting this I don't check work mail and instead as people to send me mail to Gmail including work.
Since the latest Android system update, this app has not worked properly, it's continuously crashing. It may take 5 - 10 attempts to open the app. It's frustrating. It takes several attempts to open the app (after trying to open it returns to the home screen every time). Once the app does open, then the same problem repeats with attempting to view an email. And if you want to view an attachment, it repeats again, having to reopen times. A rapid fix is necessary.
Mobile@work and Email+ is laggy, buggy, crashes frequently, and basically unusable. Im not sure how this app can be selected to use for work purpose. It is basically dysfunctional. The registration process is a pain, hoping for it to work while taking a long time. Once registered that is when the real issue begins. Email+ crashes every single time you click on it.
I am not able to registered my android mobile, it showing error- "Device registration failed due to unsupported mode" Van anybody help me out what is this error.
Used a previous version due to it having been assigned. One day session decided that my app did not conform to policy. Blocked me out. My IT found no issues but eventuality we resorted to wiping phone and starting fresh. New instance of app is as broken as the previous, for example; fails to load if you use notification to try reading emails for example. Now with a shortcut feature, 2 to 3 new copies of the shortcut some days, 9 is my record for a single weekend.
it's a simple app. Very user friendly to navigate throught, but has a few critical bugs. No ads, but nor it is expected obviously. This app requires a lot of processing and analyzying attention of your device. it will basically act as OS(Operating System), being named "User Key2 . Integrating your whole system and running in the background with a full permission granted to your device.
To all of those having issues on Android 10.... There's been some kind of change for how the MDM works with Android Enterprise. If you're using a fully work managed device, you need to factory reset the phone, and set it back up again using the QR code set up, which your company should be able to provide for you. This fixed my Pixel 4 XL. HOWEVER, I don't think it will give you an opportunity to restore from a Google backup... at least it didn't for me, but my company doesn't use G Suite.
Very bad user interface old and not user friendly. The app drains the system recourses. I cannot change the password from the settings since it crashes every time i reach the server settings page, the work around it to reinstall the system again. Regarding the email, It keep crashing every time you try to reply, forward or read the attachments. Also the syncing fails, and takes many tries to work properly.
Just seeing the avg rating (2.2) from more than 11k reviews should say enough about the quality (or lack thereof) of this app. Like many, I the only reason I use it is because of a corporate mandate for work email. I guess there is a sliver of a "silver lining" ... using their email app is very nostalgic and brings back memories of using AOL 4.0 for email... Well, that is still giving too much credit to the ui/ux of mobile@works email app, as I would consider 4.0 a substantial upgrade.
I don't like this app. It's not efficient and I cannot deactivate it to uninstall it. It's causing other issues as well.
Should be zero star. It said support android version 7 and up. Keep ask me to upgrade android os while it is the most update on my tablet (android 7). Cant access any service. Installed a unworkable version made my tab freeze on restart till random reset. Roll a dice and wait for mercy if that garbage let me through....
Emails cannot be loaded and viewed even after several tries and troubleshooting. Older emails cannot be viewed. Hope that its issues can be resolved soon!
It took me 2 days to even get this app to connect to the server. After that, it never maintained contact with the server, so I could never actually use the work profile.
Why does it always pop up when I use my phone. Irritating as it blocks the screen from whatever I am doing. Can it not refresh in the background? Switched off all notifications and disallowed "Appear on top option", what else stops this app from refreshing on my screen? After the update in September 2019 the app refreshing on the foreground has completely stopped. Thanks for listening to the users 👍
After installing this app following my company's recommendation, weird things happened. Some apps like Zoom, Chrome etc duplicated, with the duplicated apps requiring password. After finding such hassle, I uninstalled those duplicates and this app itself. Trying to restart and found my phone won't start.
The secure environment works well on a Samsung S9+ with Android 10 installed. I've had no problems with MobileIron/Mobile@Work since day 1 (at least as far as app use and sync is concerned). A few hiccups, but none noteworthy and all cleared up relatively fast. Company techs configured secure calendar, contacts, google web browser, mail, file sync, play store, and tasks. All work well for me. On my S9+, if I don't want to be bothered by work notifications, I turn off the work profile -- good to go. My biggest issue just arose. I don't know if it's Android 10, Samsung, Mobile@Work, or internal tech; but, when in Mobile@Work (e.g., Mail), I can't select gboard as the default keyboard. Samsung keyboard is the only option. Gboard is available outside the secure environment. I get that Google collects your info/might not be all that secure in the long run. You think your default keyboard doesn't/is? I need the option to select gboard in the Mobile@Work environment so I can use google assistant for hands-free typing. TBH, I simply don't like Samsung keyboard. Please re-enable gboard in Mobile@Work.
My Hmail+ stopped working and I did not receive any work-related emails after 29.12.2021. When I returned to work on 1.1.2022 and refreshed the app while connected to WiFi at work, I still thought there was no email. Lo and behold, when I logged onto a computer at the hospital, I've practically missed out all the information that was sent out on 30 & 31.12.2021. What's the point of having this app installed on out personal phone if its not working?
Feedback on potential bug- I'm using a Samsung S9. I've noticed that every time I put my phone into Maximum Battery Saving Mode, it causes a break in the link between MobileIron and my company's server. As a result, I need my IT team to help recreate and reactivate this link again. Obviously not very convenient.
Finally working for Android 12. Will increase rating if its smooth after few months
This app is useless. After restarting my phone, it required me to input my pin again. After entering the only 2 different pins I ever use, it refused to accept either of them and proceeds to remove itself after 10 tries. After which, not able to log back in again.
This app is not compatible with Android 10. I can read my emails, but I can't reply, forward, or compose new emails. It's either a general MobileIron issue, or an issue with my IT department's back end, for which I still put the blame on MobileIron to make their customers aware of issues and fixes.
Email app crashed right away i clicked on it. I have updated to android 12. Please assist.
Consistently bad and incredibly slow. Right now, i cant even install it. The user experience is an utter disaster and the fact that it needs to be coupled with other apps to access everything is nuts to me. If this is the future of mobile management we are in trouble.
Utterly useless since the latest version of Android. It won't sync anything, and created a work profile on my phone which blocked lots of apps, like Microsoft SwiftKey. My work has advised me to install the iPhone version.
