Mobile Workforce

VSoft Mobile Workforce application is a tool for complex order handling, dedicated for field employees. The application emphasises monitoring of employees’ activities and the speed of sending reports from activities performance. It enables to verify the field employees’ reliability and to increase dynamics of their activities, which has a huge impact on reliability of works performed in further steps, e.g. sale or development of survey results.

VSoft Mobile Workforce application enables to transfer work orders directly to field employees, and, in the other direction, to obtain a report immediately (e.g. answers to survey question together with photos) from a visit by means of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets). The application ensures safe on-line access to data (addresses, documents, etc.) necessary to pay a visit to a customer / a person being surveyed. The application coordinator’s panel enables to monitor and verify work of field employees, plan their visits and report results. A field employee receives a set of orders to be handled, which provides for more effective visits (contacts), and also enables to improve his/her work performance.

The use of the VSoft Mobile Workforce application requires buying a license for the server part and registering a device on which the application is to be installed.
