In average a good app. There are some flaws though however. When clicking to fast on the 'gepland' tab (dutch language) it doesn't load the expected transaction but just returns the normal list. I would really like the option to cancel an expected transaction like a paypal transaction just in case a wrongful transaction has occured and you wan't to decline it.
Good experience, was bugging in the beginning but the app got better with updates. Nice interface very intuitive and great services. Don't have use all the services yet but the app got all what you need for credits, shares and others stuffs. I give it a 4 over 5 because it still get better.
Very good experience on old phone, can't activate on new phone. When I check "I read the terms and conditions" and click next, its starts loading and never finishes. I'm thinking of leaving for another bank because of this.
I cannot create an account. It never progresses to the next step after scanning my ID card. Tried resetting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Leaving a bad review until this gets resolved.
This app has efficiently improved in multiple ways. Yet the downside is the loading. Basically saying that if u need to overwrite money it goes in an instant and if u need to receive something its very clear how much. I greatly appreciate the work you've put into this. Greets Dotpower003
Horrible experience, registering wouldn't work on the French app setting only on Dutch, constantly down for maintenance, just stay on PC!
Getting started was hard. It kept refusing the different steps. But once it was all set up, easy peasy. So I am quite satiesfied.
it would be really nice, if like other banks the app had the option to request a payment via a QR code. You have the scan and pay option, why not allow us to request our own payments. p.s. translate it in English like all the other Belgian banks Edit: the Payqoniq app says that is not compatible with my device even though I cocer tge requirements.
Been using the app for years, both on ios and android, has always worked fine. Simple, to the point interface.
The application goes well for few weeks then it suddenly stopped. i can't see my balance or do any transfer.
Literally the worst app I have ever used. Don't bother downloading it. You'd be better off going for the likes of Revolut and N26. They are cheaper and have 100X better UX/UI.
Why doesn't this have English language. Atleast you should also think about we the foreigners using bpost. Sometimes it's difficult to understand certain thing on the app. I will be glad if you can add English to it. I'm giving it to stars because of the reason stated above.
Super easy to use and has basically everything you need from just checking your account to instant money transfer, basically everything you need

Blocked after 10 seconds because the ID card scanis not working... May be too when you are already customer but not to become one..
Never been able to complete my registration... It always resets after I put my code (for the registration). Full of bugs.
good, except one thing that is really deal breaker!, i don't understand why there is no option to recieve payment with barcode!
I have downloaded and installed it twice. The login screen ia bugged. Can't see what it says. I can't use it.
There is not English version. The number provided for assistent, doesn't exist. I always had troubles.
Great! I use the bpost app on all my devices. The app makes it really easy to pay bills and check my balance. Thanks developers!
Good app but the language suddenly changed from Dutch to French. And I can't find a fix!
I took a star because the app is kind of slow to start and to navigate. Other than that, it's a pretty good app I recommend it
Language option is limited. English language is necessary for app!!!
It's nice and simple but if you can add english version to it then it will be superb.
Too slow not enough time I'm to do the transaction it is too long to respond to receive the answers that the transaction has been complete
worst banking app ever. keeps unlogging me, sometimes the app just won't work and you need a physical authenticator
This app is rubbish. A full week unable to use download. Even though new app update. I'm realy disappointed. Many urgences unpaid 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Dear, there are 2 thing bad in this Apps , One thing the history inter and out money to the account.. is not complete apper when you search or sometime if search just closed date can see and the old history can't see it .. for example one person pay for me 200 per month credit back, when I search about paying times I'm not see the complet payings times.. the old or earlier paying can't see it .. the Apps closed fast even if you busy with pay invoice for example.. Thanks to make better ..
