Your invoices stay in sync on all your devices. If ever you lose your phone or just can't use it anymore, simply login to your account on another device and your data comes back automatically.
You can use the app offline and when you get internet connection, the app can sync back all your changes. Its very handy for people on the field.
This invoice app lets you add many users to your company. So if you have many people working for you, simply give them access either as Sales or Admin. What they can do (and see) on your data depends on their roles. You will find this very useful.

I have used this app for years. It does great customized invoices and saves customer information. The support team has fixed any issues I have had. I do not know of a better app on android for small business invoicing. I have coupled this app with Ino Mail to attach the invoices in HTML format with an html signature in the outgoing emails. It works very well.
My mobile device is no more accessible. O tried to log in on a new device but I don't know the account number/name. How do I retrieve my account
This program has simplified my existence. Invoices, statements, etc., I can do from either of my tablets, my phone, and now with Dex from my PC. The cloud service keeps me synced up. Been using this program for years now. I highly recommend it for independent field contractors that can't really afford a bookkeeper..
5 customers only? I am using the Pro version, but I need the sync. First, I could not make an account. Second, I looked over the pricing: 5 customers only? I already have hundreds. I purchased the pro version when it appeared and paid $50 way back then. I know they have to have profit, but really? Pay another 50 / month to have unlimited? That sounds like a rip off scheme... Not happy.
The only mobile invoice/accounts app that lets you tailor it to what you actually need. i tried many apps including quickbks, xero, etc but this is much superior because is much more flexible. i run my own small business and was really delighted to find this. Please keep it going and keep developing it ! Thanks
works with everything i need. But 2 problems 1. It has cursor line and product select box in the same place. so when i try to select the page jumps. 2. some Products disapear and appear when they feel like it.
At first I gave this app one star because of slow response from service provider. Nevertheless, The service provider apologize and rectify the problem sooner than I thought Thank You ( Brian). This app is a great app, easy-to-use very user-friendly.

It's an okay app, but I was charged $71 TWICE!! It said the price was for the year, and now I've been charged twice in 1 month, I wondering why, and if someone can contact me!

support is poor 3 emails sent no reply to any of them app malfunctioned loosing all data to login no reply to emails from support meaning we cannot check status of outstanding invoices or produce new ones I will amend this if supper actually supports its customers

I really enjoy using MobileBiz Co! It is easy to use and is reasonably priced. I have not encountered very many issues while using this app. The issues I have encountered, while very frustrating, were fixable. I have tried to contact support in the past once with no response, leaving me to have to figure my problem out on my own. I recently had to download the app on a newer device than what it was originally being used on because the app was no longer supported.
