I've had this app on every android phone & tablet I've used. It works quite well on the proviso that *you* set it up properly and *you* follow up on things when the need arises. It is a complete invoicing package, there is no doubt of it. It isn't full of the disappointments of online accounting such as MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks, which offer the moon and gives you meteorites...
fantastic bit of software. Ive been using the app for several years now and i love it. recently had an issue and aas staggered at how food the customer service was. i was emailed back within minutes of contacting them. keep up the good work chaps.
great app for a small business. If you research service shop software, you will have to pay hundreds to thousands of dollars or their computer software and most companies now also charge you a monthly fee. I could in no way afford to pay for their software. I've used MobileBiz Pro for several years now and I am very satisfied.
Just a wonderful app for small businesses starting out. Very customizable & stable. Don't need to spend a fortune like you would do on Quickbooks. Used it a few years now & I suggest it to anyone who asks.
A nightmare when you get a new device and want to migrate your customers from your old device to your new one. Im going to have to do this all manually. Ive wasted enough time trying to do it according to the help menue.
It's a good app if you use it on its own but if you want to export your customers or items to quickbooks the csv file is not readable. Very annoying!
I have been using this app for the last 8 years and I think its the best invoice app out there. I had an issue yestersay for the first tine and I email support and Brian was quick to response and assist me in resolving my issue. Customer for Life!!!
Love this program! I have been using it successfully for years along with the expense manager. Please add multiple phone number capability for your clients, along with multiple email address capability!
Nothing is working, I sent several emails to Deb no reply, cannot make offline statement, or send invoice or payment receipt. Nothing. It was working perfectly untill about 3 weeks ago. That's when I sent email and still no reply.
1 Stars becose there's no flashlight in the app there no button on the scanner side to put on flashlight now everytime i must go out the building with the items in the box to get lighter condition to scan the barcode, this is not the way to do my work becose is to dark inside the building the case ( loadshedding ) pls fix fast i loose money here.

The apps are good to use but if could use portable thermal printer to print is the best.Sadly can't connect only normal printer.
App seems decent,but instructions are vague. for example I created a item custom field, but see no way to include on import items csv.
Didn't like having to use cloud to put logo on invoices? Tried to contact to ask why, another app making contacting very difficult....humanize this app....

Don't bother with this. No flipping clue how it works, if at all...and if it does, it takes an enormous amount of time. Useless.

This app is a must have app. It is user friendly. You can create more than one business account. But I hate it when I always need internet connection before saving transaction as PDF.
