I actually think this App is fantastic for an analogue CCTV system but I do t understand the fact it's just updated on my phone but won't work on the latest version if Android. So......point being.......why even bother updating it. Completely bizarre. Then again that's Everfocus on the IP side of things. It's not like it's just appeared out of nowhere. They've certainly lost a lot of business where I live.

Our contractor recommended Ever Focus for our condo video security system. We had no idea what we were getting and now we're stuck with it. If you've read bad things about this app, It is no exaggeration. You can see live video, and that's about all. It actually used to be better but they've managed to go from bad to worse. The app is very important to the product's usage but Ever Focus seems like they're living in 1980. If you're just considering this product do yourself a favor and stay away.

Please fix the time stamp in the vertical mode, you can see it in horizontal. I'm kinda annoyed by flipping my phone back and forth to see the timer. It was there before the last update, get on it.

Bloody heck! Avoid this app like a plague if you can! I tried to uninstall this freaking app and re-install it to start over but I guess it permanently installed faulty stuff on my phone so it comes back on unworkable with all the same faulty info. I admit I am not technical but this should not be this hard folks.

Authentication error after update. Won't work off-site no matter what I do. Every detail entered correctly. Worked Monday, Tuesday after update, no work. Useless app now. Worked fine before. Fix and I'll change my rating

App worked fine until recent update. Now I have no access at all from my Samsung S9. What's going on? E mailed support for help. I depend on this app. Please fix.

This app is super buggy and hasn't been updated in 2+ years. The company doesn't offer support for legacy equipment or services.

works well enough. No complaints. Would like to see more options as far as controls, alarms, and all. But its stable so that's good enough for me. that's the main thing

Update sent out 2/18/20 brought back my settings, great job! Old review: New update cleared out all my settings app no longer works, why were previous settings not migrated for the new app? App was working great before this update. "Authentication error "

Use to be a 5. But after the latest update it won't work anymore. So, pretty much useless now. How about we just update it back to the version that worked? Review Update: app has another update available now and it has started working again.

Friday Feb.5, 2021,says it's updating , get green circle then goes back to update radio button, STILL Won't update!! You would think someone would get it right at some point!! Well here we go again in 2021 ! Android 9 still nothing

Was working until my phone did an update now I get an authentication failure every time. I've uninstalled the app multiple times re installed entered all my information and it still will not allow me to view the cameras

Since the update last week, I am unable to use the app. Once this issue is corrected I will update my rating, as we have used it for 5 years with minimum problems.

Please give a new update. All my cameras quit working on my galaxy with the new update and it looks like I'm not the only one having issues. It's not on my end.

Remote access is not working via DDNS link since the app update or on Android 10. This App is working fine on Android 7 devices and IOS devices.

works well at home but when im away from my wifi service i cant connect to my dvr. Is there a fix for this? Im using an android phone.

It used to be very good. Since phone update I only get live video. I can't look into the past.
