When you sign up for mobile help, they send you a password and username. use it to get into the app and you'll have no problems
I was given an ID info and a password but every time I put it in it was declined.
Love the company but the mobile app sucks so bad I really wish they would do something about it !!!!

I SPOKE WITH FRANK IN BOCA RATON, FL., IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE EXCEPT FOR THE DELAY IN OUR PHONE CONNECTION. IT MADE FOR SOME CONFUSION, BUT WE MADE IT THROUGH. I DID PURCHASE THE SEMI-ANNUAL PLAN. IT LOOKS LIKE A SYSTEM THAT I WILL FEEL SAFE HAVING ON MY SIDE, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! THANK YOU FRANK. I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING MY MOBILEHELP DEVICE. I FEEL SAFER ALREADY. LOL

When I downloaded it it went straight to log in. No setup. So there is absolutely no way to use this app.
Not very intuitive
MobileHelp itself is wonderful!!!! But the app isn't real user friendly. I haven't logged in in awhile and so my password expired. Now it won't even let me reset my password bc it says my user name is wrong and it won't let me use my email address. It's really aggravating.
