Still the most worthless app that I have ever had the displeasure of using. Somehow they've managed to convince NIH to adopt this POS. And without support for Android devices! I'd be embarrassed to work for this company.
When os was upgraded, this stopped working and created problems. I was unable to use the mobile until I disabled the work profile!

This app scared the hell out of me. I installed it and created a work profile with it. At first it seemed working just fine. But after I powered off and then powered it back on, I was stuck at a unlock screen with the only option of click Reset which said I will lose all my data. Each time I drew the correct unlock pattern it briefly displayed "Encrypting" or "Decrypting" then went back to the unlock screen. My phone stuck in that state for more than 16 hours and finally came back to life.
Took days to install, android freezes several times a day since it got installed. I'm very angry about all the time I wasted on this already. Verizon warranty replaced my Galaxy S9+ twice, numerous factory resets. Even with no other apps installed, once MobileIronGo is setup, phone freezes with "System UI is not responding" followed by restart and battery life of phone is shortened to 5 or 6 hours. After removing MobileIron from the phone, no more crashes at all, and battery life is MUCH longer
These apps are absolute garbage. How anyone can choose these as the corporate go to for "secure applications" is beyond me. There are far better options out there. Setup is painful, service continually fails to connect, can't download files from emails, can't open files that I have downloaded previously.
App keeps crashing. Can't complete setup. When setting up the app, it crashes 10 seconds after inputting my username and PIN. And then when relaunching the app after it crashes, app resets itself back to initial setup step 1 (enter username and PIN) and can never get through the setup process because it keeps crashing. Same behavior occurs on both my Samsung Galaxy S20 and Z Fold 3, both on Android 11. App is competely unusable.
On Galaxy S9+, latest OS (10). After entering the login/pwd credentials, shows the security screen with the three tiles about Mobile Iron not saving any company info, etc. Then when pressing continue, it looks like it is getting ready to set up with the progress circle, but then about 15 secs later, the app window (crashes). I am not just criticizing so I am available to help if your developers will take time to try and fix this. Would like to be able to utilize our foundation network resources.
This app is hot garage. I am required bro use it for work but it isn't optimized for Android 12 and there is no known fix.
Ugh! still getting notifications for this app which is entrenched in my system & hasn't been removed even though it is saying it has been 👎👎👎
Incredibly difficult to use. not intuitive. very frustrating and no choice in the matter. required by work. installed a second gmail and now I get double notifications. I don't evwn uaw my gmail for work, I use outlook, like every other business.
Email+ App is not working on some Samsung model such as S, N & A series. Many users are having the following message: "Attempting to sync work data, please be patient", and nothing happens after that. Uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix the issue. Just an update: getting same on HTC ONE mobile.
Phone freezes constantly. I do not receive email notification and the app only updates when I open it. What's the point of having it? Since removing the app, my phone's battery life is much improved.
Piece of junk. Crashes frequently. Must be removed and reinstalled on phone about once a month due to poorly designed updates. Frequently loses all email and must reload all again. Worthless app. I wonder how they conned the corporate office into buying this garbage.
Asked the "badged version" on Samsung Galaxy 9. At least had the decency to (apparently) unsinstall the (I guess) non-badged version. Thanks for the feedback everybody, I thought I was the problem!
Very buggy. Lists play store downloaded apps as sideloaded and takes up a lot of battery. Keeps crashing fairly often. Doesn't let me update or even check for new Android version. I am stuck on 8.0 Oreo because of Mobeileiron.
I've come across a lot of garbage products aimed at corporate IT departments, but this is the absolute worst. Poor functionality all around. The incompetence is prevalent in all Mobile Iron apps for Android.
Turning off work profile sometimes wipes the entire app of data and requires a full reinstall of the app and work profile to work again. Im not using this if I'm forced to have work notifications at all times of day and every day.
email ok but the other apps (calendar, contacts etc) have zero integration with the old MS Outlook desktop system. I feel this new MobileIron Go app is a complete waste of time. Awful!!
Crashes when trying to register the device after entering the pin number on a Google Pixel 6 running Android 12. Spent some time with IT support who were able to modify my profile to enable setup.
it is difficult to use at my company. It might be my company's fault or mobile irons fault I don't know but all I know is that I've had to delete and reinstall my account a half dozen times in the past year and it's a real pita
This app continually fails to download so I've lost access to work email on my phone which is the exact feature this app is intended to provide.
Useless app. None of the work apps load
When opening the work profile, if I enter the password incorrectly twice, then from thr 3rd time.. it stops accepting the correct password too
App was great when I needed it for work but now that I no longer need it, I can't uninstall the app. This is not right!! It's MY mbl & I have no admin rights over uninstalling this app!!!! - so wrong!! I would like an answer to this pls.
Very first thing it tells you when you go to activate it: we might factory reset your phone without warning. *Excuse me?* I'm just trying to check my damn work email. There is no reason for that to be a thing.
Drains the battery. Keeps wanting to control more and more of your personal apps causing them not to work. Battery drain is so fast, it's remarkable.
