Minimum parking time and fees result in a more expensive parking experience. I would rather use coins.

Works great! I have seen negative reviews, but have had a positive experience. The app functions as advertised. VERY handy when using a meter with time limits. You cannot reload those spots, but you can purchase it again, immediately. Convience fee is a bummer, but what in life is free?

Great app. I can park 8 hours for a reduced rate.

Unreasonably bad user interface; poor layout, unnecessary animations, delays on every button click, ugly design. They recently changed the default parking duration to the longest possible amount of time for any given parking spot, which is easy to click accidentally and almost never what you want.

ever since the update, notifications no longer work. youll go to open the app, there will be a pop up that says 5 mins left, you click okay, and its already expired. this app cost EXTRA to use and it doesnt even work properly anymore. terrible customer service, as they've never even replied to me. when i called them, i was put in touch with someone at ppark and they had never heard of mobilemeter app.

During installation, you must accept "Terms and Conditions". But this link shows only "Page you requested is not found". After installing app, you can choose "Terms and Conditions" from the menu, but that shows the same error. As the "Terms and Conditions" are a binding contract, this is a problem. There is no way to contact the app developer - all support options get you to an FAQ page.

Nice to have the option but not very good. For example I got a new card and had to enter it during the process and after entering the card the app forgot which spot i was trying to pay for. Since it was freezing out i had gone inside so i had to go back. Also not for android 9 yet.

I have been trying to get a new password because I forgot it. The app keeps getting stuck asking me for my credit card info Before I can reset the password. The problem is that I no longer have that credit card number and can't update the card . That leaves me unable to sign in and use the app. I have contacted them several times to no avail! Worthless as far as I am concerned.

Update: having uninstalled, reinstalled, and fiddled with all possible settings, I still can't get notifications. Used to love it. Notifications no longer work in Android.

Poor interface design. You can't initialize critical data, such as the vehicle info, until you are standing in the rain in front of a meter. If a student wrote this, I'd fail them.

This app won't let me make an account. I enter my phone number or email to verify, confirm it is the correct number or email and the screen where you can enter the 3 digit number comes up and I get no phone call, email, nor text no matter how long I wait. This app is garbage.

Great parking app for Champaign / Urbana. Provides simple parking payment and ability to extend when you need more time. A required app in CU.

Mobilemeter makes parking so much easier. No need to carry coins or worry about your meter running out without your knowledge.

new update removed the app from my home page area and no longer will open. the app is useless now and almost cost me a ticket.
