MobileNOW! Parking App for US

This app charges an outrages amount for parking. It's difficult to adjust sessions. The only thing you can do is add time to your already in use session. You can not change the times. If you need to contact customer service, good luck. They only help via email, and take incredibly long to resolve the issues. Worst app ever

Handy app, wish it stopped losing the active session in the notification bar. Also annoying convenience fee which ought be built into parking rates instead. Payment should be on demand not via refills. Also I just used this in Elizabeth NJ and it would not let me end the session when I no longer needed it, wasting more than 30 minutes of paid parking and there was no option to buy less than an hour when though the meter allowed 10 minute coin purchases.

horrible app. first of all, they charged me $20 for parking that was supposed to cost $11.50. The remainder of the money is kept as prepaid funds (which is fine) but the app wont use the prepaid funds and bills me $20 every week. what Really upset me was that the notification on the app doesn't work. im supposed to be reminded when my time will expire 30 minutes before it does and i ended up getting a ticket. this app is bogus and unreliable.

The app is only used in a few cities and not popular ones. Also, out of all parking apps this is the only one that requires a deposit into their system to activate and maintain. So when I stopped needing it because I stopped going to the town it was used in, i had a credit of $8.00. So i requested a refund and they said they would gladly mail back my refund because they couldn't refund the card that they wanted my account linked too. 3 weeks went by and nothing. Emailed again and nothing still .

Saves money from overpaying. Previously, I would insert near maximum quarters to avoid tickets, if my various activities extended longer than I might anticipate. Saves me money, whenever my meeting was shorter than the paid meter time. The app enables me to cancel the remaining time. It's a 'Win-Win' all the way!

This app is very fraudulent. Even though I unchecked the box to disable the auto payment, they still charged my debit $20.00. Customer service number does not exist so I'm currently waiting on an agent to respond via email. DO NOT USE THIS APP! You'd be better off keeping change in your car. 0 stars was not an option

Paid for $1.00 for an hour of parking plus a .30 cents convenience fee. When our credit card bill came there was a $20.00 charge which, according to other users is some kind of prepaid account. I just wanted to use an electronic option to pay for parking because I didn't have enough change.

It's convenient since I don't usually carry change and I don't like to mess with the credit card and waste time but I don't like the app anymore since I have to keep refilling it with $20. Will probably delete once I'm done with this 20 bucks.

They charged $20 for $1.91 parking fee. Apparently this is s prepay amount but that is never shown anywhere. I was from out of town and would take forever to use the balance. Town will I live has same ability but uses another company and they only charge what you use. VERY DECEPTIVE. Entered a dispute and balanced credited immediately. I reviewed the Bethlehem, PA website on parking and it clearly states you are charged the amount for the time parked, nothing about the $20 prepay.

Do NOT use if you don't regularly park in the jurisdiction where you are using this app!! use the meter instead. This app required a $20 deposit to park for 2 hours (which only costs a few dollars) and the only way to get the rest of the money back is to pay a $5 fee and request a refund. Outrageous, especially in an area where other municipalities use apps that are straight forward and don't bilk you out of money.

Just try to add a credit card if you can. No way!! Web site loops at add funds dialog. Can't do it using phone either, it hangs up. And customer service can not take your credit card number for 'security reasons'. To hell with it...

Worst customer service- Was charged twice at one visit to a city i rarely go to. Ended up with $40 in the app. tried calling and was put on hold for an extended period and then the call "dropped"as soon as I began describing my problem- twice! I hate this app and company so much but i can't delete it bc they're holding on to my money.

The things it does, it does adequately- reads QR codes and finds accurately, and keeps parking time. It would be really useful to be able to cancel if you end up leaving before planned

Auto charges card $20. I even downloaded This app a few years ago but because it was a different phone number the money left over on that account couldnt be accessed. Beyond that, the app is slow and lacks features.

Have not been able to use the app for a while now despite having sufficient funds in my account. Called customer support and was told to delete and reinstall the app, which I did. Still can't use app to park my car. Then she tells me I need to call a phone number in order to park my car?!? So what is the app used for?!?! Worse customer support!!

Great idea, awful execution. Forgot my pin, requested one three separate days, no response, so I cant use the app anymore. I dont really care though, the app is not user friendly and it's cheaper to pay at the meter payer on the street itself.

They shut down suddenly and went out of business without notifying customers ahead of time. Not sure why the app is still available for download. Also the county parking authority didn't notify anyone. And they didn't refund my balance!

First, they charge a pre-paid fee of $20. 2nd, if you put an estimated time in the slot there isn't a stop button on the app. So you have to pay for the entire time which is crazy as hell.

Great app, easy interface. I love that I can stop parking when leaving the garage, so i am only charged for the exact time parked.

Very super convenient app because it only charges me to the exact minute I'm not throwing money away for meter time I did not use and it's definitely cheaper than a parking ticket it even works in the public parking garage

Do not install!! No where are you told that you're being charged an initial $20!! My total parking was about $2. When am I going to be in that area again to use the remaining $18? Never. FRAUD.

super convenient, always works when i scan! I wish the meter would say that the app recognized a payment so I could feel better about paying online though...

it charges a forty percent "convenience fee" for a one hour parking spot. this is on top of the other complaints people have about the 20 dollar minimum wallet charge.

Great app, but I do miss the past when an expired meter reading would keep the meter information and auto-populate it's renewal.

App is currently charging me for two spots. And I have no way to cancel it. I'm out 8 dollars. The meter is still ticking.

even though I haven't used it in MONTHS this app keeps charging me every month for small amounts. And I've had to refute them multiple times and STILL getting them.

Evil app that forces you to prepay for a minimum of $20 even if your parking only costs $1, and there is nowhere else you need and can use the app again.

Hate stopping somewhere for lunch and realizing I don't have any coins. App makes it easy to pay for the parking you use... and no coins!
