12/2021- someone fixed the nonshowing photos for about 2 weeks. No photos again. Inconsistent and frustrating Bottom line: This app has gotten worse over time. Problems mentioned in reviews do not get fixed with updates. Unimpressive. Notification "features" don't work: it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet. Um. . . I am using this on my phone. App goes offline for a week at a time. Update 5/2021 Even less impressive than before. No photos. Descriptive info sporadic.
It promises to show mugshots & a list of charges, but doesn't. It instead has a notification pop up that says "charges are temporarily disabled. We're working to correct the problem." But it's been almost a year. The only thing it's good for is seeing PD facebook updates. You also can't scroll through the inmate list without being bombarded with pop ups. Utter bs!
First, why does an app whose job is to show pictures uploaded by law enforcement need access to my files to operate? That seems new, and absolutely unnecessary. Second, it freezes a lot. Third, if you're not premium, you get an ad every time you do something in it. Want to see someone's picture and description? An ad. Want to back up to the list? An ad. And they have sound.
When I first started using this app about a year ago it worked flawlessly. In the last month suddenly every county I followed begin showing offline. I asked around to some friends and they are not experiencing this same problem. I'm going to attempt the uninstall/reinstall to see if that will fix the issue. If it does I will update my review. If not I guess I will chalk it up to a loss of an all that I literally used 2-3 times a day.
Ads in this app have become ridiculous and intrusive. They pop up after every single click and now the ads have no option to close after viewing. Your only option is to completely close the app and restart it. Then rinse and repeat after every single click. This app used to be decent but now it's just click bait. I was a long time user but now I'm done. Zero stars if I could.
I agree with these latest reviews. The app used to be great, now it's not even a decent app. Please fix it back to the way it was. It's just horrible now, no charges are listed, no bonds or releases are listed. Basically it's an app that only shows thumbnail size mugshots and that's it. I really want to love this app again, but until it's fixed, it's a total waste of time and space on my phone.
I used to love this APP to keep updated on local arrests in my area. But for the last several months i can't even get my app to load anything! Not my zone, news in my area, arrests...ANYTHING! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP and nothing changed! I really would like to be able to use this APP again. I know it works in my area, due to several of my friends have it installed. Please Help!
I loved this app until this recent update. You can no longer see the charges or the bond amounts and in some counties you can't even see a photo. Bring it back the way it was and ill give 10 stars. But until then 1 is it. If it doesn't get fixed soon I'm gonna erase it from my phone sadly enough. I've used this app for years and I want it back the way it was please!
hate how the app shuts down for long periods of time. I find it extremely irritating.the app will run great for long periods most of the time .then it frozen. what's the point in keeping the app if it doesn't work all the time. I don't need it taken up space if it's not working 100%.
RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF ADS! What is the deal with the dang ads! Every time you click on something, AD click AGAIN.AD Everytime! It used to be once at the beginning and maybe again mid app use but now, it's everytime! This is ridiculous! If I wanted to see that many ads I'd flip thru the TV not this! Ridiculous! Will be uninstallimg.
It does what it's allowed to do, if pictures and/or charges don't show up it's because of whatever system the jail is using that the person is in or they have some reasoning that they aren't allowed to put their charges/picture up, yes sometimes it doesn't work and it acts kinda goofy and it messes up but any app has imperfections and glitches so its not going to work perfectly all the time but for the most part this app does what it's made to do so I can't complain about it.
I have it on my phone. and I've been using it for almost a year. I think theres too many commercials, and it doesnt show much of anything that it says it will do. seeing and reaging some of these other customers opinions,,i knew right than i was not downloading it on my computer.. so thanks everyone
This app is a piece of garbage. It's good for looking to see who's on the jail roster however when you try to click on somebody's name to find out their age or anything you get a advertisement that you can't get off your goddamn phone without rebooting it. Most of the time there is no way to close it. If that isn't bad enough that sometimes starts to install these apps that they're advertising don't use this app
Unicoi county isn't putting anything on here,hasn't for a while now!!! Everytime I visit this app to see of any new arrests made in unicoi county it say "you've viewed everything. Check back soon"! Which probably isn't the app,probably unicoi county sheriff's department being lazy!!!! So as far as the app it's self I'll give it 4 stars because this isn't your fault! App works great!
This app is beyond useless now. None of the account creation options work anymore. Can't log in as it says that the server is offline. Can't even use the try it as a guest option as after entering my zip code and naming my neighborhood, clicking the continue button does nothing. If I could rate this app 0 stars, I would. Fix your app, Appriss!!!
Fully non functionable app Each version seems worse. Pure garbage When you least expect it, adds pop up blasting audio that you cant stop. You cant exit back to original spot. You need to close app. In addition app FREEZES WIUHOUT FUNCTIONING RESL GARBAGE
This app use to be great. But since the end of March 2021 it has been going down hill. Mugshots show up randomly, there are no longer charges or bonds available, says in jail when they are actually out, out of chronological order now and can not look up individuals. Please fix this app. Most recent update did nothing to enhance this app, it is much worse now.
Used to be a great App! Now, pictures won't show, no information comes up when you click on a person, nothing. Works halfway one day, not at all the next. And every time I log in, I have to scroll to choose my county, instead of it saving it.
I appreciate this app as it is very useful for my job and is a one-of-a-kind app. That's why it gets 4/5 stars. The lost star is because it is consistently "down" so that listings are unavailable for days at a time and certain counties have no information available. Great concept - not well maintained.
Recently an update eliminates the ability to look at records you have already seen. So, if you are checking to see if someone has been released or when they were arrested you no longer have access to that record because you have looked at it once already. Let me make the decision on how many times I look at the same record not you! UPDATE: Yesterday only first names were showing and now all mugshots are not showing. I am looking for a better app!
I cannot get coffee county tn to show up anymore. Everyone i know says it still shows up for them but i have uninstalled and reinstalled and that is the only county missing.... I am deleting the app for good as it is no use to me not being able to see my hometown.
This app is so outdated it's useless. After setting up my neighborhood I checked to see which agencies reported to it. It listed all the surrounding counties but not my local law enforcement. Then the app started freezing up and locked up my phone. If you haven't already downloaded it, don't waste your time.
This app keeps getting worse. Now when you click on a name, occasionally an advertisement will pop up. When you close the advertisement, then you might see the charges. The next time the advertisement doesn't pop up and you just see a blank screen. Also when you get to see the inmates picture, the Mobile Patrol logo is covering the inmates mug shot. I've been using this app for several years and it just keeps getting worse.
